DFRC closed at the hod .0012 up 50% Friday and is just coming off of a 52 week low of .0006 which no one got shares at just a 10k tick It was difficult buying before the close in the .0011 range the ask closed at .0012 I have heard strong rumors from repitable postes that news will hit with regards to its Vaxcel Medical Patents and up and comig merger for those patents.

Its been going South since then.

DFRC has valuable Vaxcel Medical Patents 52 week high $2.85 last trade Friday was at .0012, charts are reversing as the volume has been increasing each day for the past week. DFRC going to have one heck of a bounce in it! Expect huge news soon, always better to get in before the news -> Hint news might have something to dow with Vaxcel Medical Patents and a Merger. DFRC has been extremely oversold! Good luck trading and getting a entry early monday morning!

I was trying to do the due....and came accross several things that make me think. I went to the website: http://www.dfrc.net/
and it hasn't been updated since the failed may accqusition of the beverage company here in Az. I would really like to see that the comapny is still operating. Under corporate they list an address and phone #:

That is to their San Deigo location, although they are based in Delaware.
The website is also very empty, even though it looks like it has been up and running for some time.
Also the last news on yahoo finance was in May as well.
Under the Diversified Medical Technology Arm they don't list anything that they have done. I couldn't find one thing on the site that led me to believe they have assests of any kind or are acctually doing anything.
We can find under their risks section quite an extensive disclaimer including "There is no established, stable market for the Company's common stock. " Penny stock" regulations that will apply to the Company's common stock may impair the Company's ability to sell that stock." I realize pennies can do this, but most don't make you feel like they are likely to.
I own no shares in this stock, this is just the DD I came up with.
