Of course, I decide to buy in and the stock drops big time. Bought in at .001 and within a couple hours down to .0005. I am trying to double my position at .0005 and at least average to .00075

Well, looks like there is no hope of filling my order for .0005. Too bad, would have been nice to ride it back up today.

OTHER BOARDS SAY NEWS TODAY. ANYONE ELSE KNOW ABOUT THAT??
I upped my order to .0006 and it still won't go through, even though it has dipped back down to .0005. That always annoys me when that happens. I hope for some news today, especially if I can get my order through.

Hello I'm new to the post and I have a question. If Mellon were to be bought at let's say $.07 a share, what would happen to the shares that we hold. I've asked this question to a few people but no one has been able to answer me. This is a hypothetical question. I want to see if someone had owned some shares of a company that went through a simular situation. And lets use a company that their current shares were trading at $10.00 a share as the purchasing company.

Buyouts: Depends on whether the offer is for cash or for stock of the buying company. If cash, your broker cashes in your shares and gives you the money (less a small fee). If stock, you get shares of the buying company's stock based on the value of that stock at the time of the transaction. Your broker again takes a small fee from your account.

SO if they buy at the $.07 price per share for the cash buyout, my broker (Ameritrade) cashes in my shares at current stock price i.e. $.001(if that was current)or at $.07? And I'm assuming that the stock buyout would follow the same price, correct?

McFly: At 7 cents, if that is the offer price. When a cash buyout offer is made, the buying company is offering 7 cents for each share you agree to sell. Whoever holds those shares (should be your broker) "cashes" them in and gets 7 cents per share in return, which is deposited into your account. For this service, the broker gets a small fee. Ameritrade usually charges a flat $20.00 fee, no matter how many shares.

You would get .07 per share minus fee. That is when the purchase was complete. maybe months from announcement.

Lots of news in the pipeline. I am in a similar situation with my orginal shares but we should be able to flip a few times over the next couple of weeks and get back even.
Bought some at .0007 and was hoping for a midday PR and run to .001 or higher to get back even.

Wouldn't it make more sense to release the PR on Monday in the am or after close today? This has been going down since the $.0038.

I have been trying to get my order to buy filled at .0006 all day with no luck. Anyone else having problems filling at .0006. I am sure it would go through at .0007.

I finally did get in at $0.0006 cost averaging the others I bought at $0.001. I understand how some of you are mad at losing money on this stock to date, but in my opinion, stay in there and things will be great from here out, but expect a few bumps (i.e. $0.0005) in the road first.

Hey Mellon has an AOL address. (I got mail...yeah, I got mail!!) Are they that cheap that they can't even get email under their own .com name??? What the hell was I thinking when I bought this!!! Come on Mario prove me wrong. Why don't you and your brother Luigi get this thing back on track and out of the toilet! (I'm sure you all figured it out but that is just a reference to the old Mario Bros. games)

I have come to feel that MM's are evil and out to get me. I have also come to feel that being a MM must be very profitable. Is there any limit to what they are allowed to do to manipulate stock prices in their favour?
