Someone or something has been taking this up very early sporadically that I have seen over the past 2 weeks....awaiting the early morning flippers interests to get peaked on the 100% increase already (albeit on the initial trade of only 100,000 shares)....then volume gets to about 800,000 thou 1 and a half later....then all of a sudden, the 100$ percenter, takes his 100% back....and now your down 10% for the day!!!!
Just what I have seen lately. I have no position in this stock. It has been on my e-trade ticker, and its hard not to notice 100% green while the rest are red!!!! (ha)
But then its even harder to notice, that when you look again an hour later they are red 10%....and i get this overwhelming feeling (deja vu) that ive seem them do this before....aND TODAY AS OF TEN MINUTES OF THIS WRITING

I know MLON may be lagging BUT I am in and staying . I have contacted them about doing a reverse merger for me to take my company public and Mario sent me an email back with 2 different numbers to contact him at. I was rather suprised by it myself not expecting anyone to contact me being a small company and no financials to show track record. All I had to show him was the debt ratio and the amount of potential earnings with trademarks and copyrighted intellectual materials and all tooling owned. I hope he can pull a miracle from his butt now to help me get further but thought it would be interesting reading for the others invested in this company.

i dont know how that effects what I am doing compared to confidentiality. I am calling tomorrow to talk to him about this and will be doing a conference call with him and my attorney for my protection and advice. I will let you knwo what I can when I know more what I can say. I just thought II would drop a line as to the suprise thing that happened to me about this stock and not let others be discouraged about it from the others that didnt decide to hold it. I hate to see the drop in PPS so far today, but it is nice to see the volume picking up. There were some nice size buys at the .0014-.0015 level today.

I can't cut and paste to hear, it is in adobe format, but it is their unaudited financials as of February 5, 2004. At the bottom of the report, it says that Mellon owns 10,000,000 insider shares of Riverbank Investment Corp (RRBK). Another new thing I didn't know before is the name Dave Nguyen is on there as the head of marketing. I'm going to look into those two things a little more.

I know that it is from February and things have changed, but it lists MLON assets at $120,000,000, at the time of that filing RRBK was trading at $12 a share, which at 10,000,000 shares equals $120,000,000. That accounts for all their assets at that time.

The website for Riverbank is www.rbic.us It is not very helpful though. It appears they are incorporated in DE but actually operate out of Sherman Oaks, CA. Finding any info on them has been difficult. The phone number I have for them is (302) 559-3316, but it is an automated message stating they have a high call volume right now and to leave a message. The CEO is listed as John Crasta. I'm still searching, since I think it is important to see what MLON is actually invested in since it appears this is our biggest asset. As of August 11, 2004 RRBK has a market cap of $1.35 billion. That is also the last time the stock traded. I will let everyone know more as soon as I find out.

I know we are to get 1 share of WSS for every 1000 shares of MLON. This should happen on Sept. 15. Does anyone know how this happens. Will our broker automatically receive this and it is poated to our accounts? Will WSS be a IPO? If that is the case then can we start selling or buying WSS? I still have not been able to talk to Mr. Pino. If anyone knows or has any thoughts please post them. thx Old Curt

I'm not exactly sure when or how we get those shares. Mario has not made that very clear. Even though the date of record is Weds, I'm not sure that means we actually get those shares then. Like I said, I'm really not sure.

I agree, I have no intention of selling. I have had a lot of extra time on my hands lately and have been doing lots of DD on MLON, as well as other stocks. My largest holding is in MLON, so I have the most interest in them right now, especially with all the news that is suppose to be coming. I've seen the monkey scrutinize some of your post over there as well. I was just looking for other opinions. I know that most of the crap he posts is just that, crap, but some of it does have merit. I don't know, my head is just spinning right now. Guess I'm just anxious for Weds. Good luck.

To tell you the truth, I don't go to Raging Fools that much. Haven't even checked out the claims. I don't rely on message boards (Sorry Bob) to gimme da lowdown and skinny. I believe in me. If October comes and nothing on this stock happens, I'll continue to hold. The pennies are manipulated tremendously. This is only the third or fourth stock I've considered a long hold in the "just over a year" I've been pitchin' pennies. I truly believe that the best way to play these things is fast and furious. That way, even during down times in the market, something will always be running. I should experience NO down time. I look for end of the day indicators that favor a next morning play. I watch all news vigilantly. And I Make BANK. I believe this to be a play worthy of holding, and haven't done much DD in the past couple of months. 90% of what is said about most penny stocks is rumor or out and out bullsh!t. I spend to much time playing the movers or looking for the next one, that I don't care to fret a single stock to death. My DD is done on MLON, and I'm holding. I've been to the office in Phoenix. I've spoke with Mario. I've done my DD. If I'm wrong, it won't be the first time. If I'm right, it won't be the first time either. Between right and wrong.........I'm happy with my average........and I'm not an easy guy to please. 2nd place is first loser. To not excel at a task is to fail. I'm the biggest pessimist in the crowd and my biggest critic. Ego is a huge driving force. If I can't be one of the best at something, I don't waste my time on it. October.

I do check in on R/B board buy I'll never know what monkey says. I put him on ignore as soon as I read two posts by him. I'm holding this thing as well & will be pretty happy if it turns out to be better than what I think. I've made a decision not to buy any more unless it really drops.
