MLON--Mellon Research INC., provides comprehensive boutique investment banking consulting services to enable private companies to raise capital via: IPO's, Reverse Mergers, Bridge Capital and or other financial vehicles. Completing deals at a very fast past as they strive to establish themselves as a major player in the investment consulting industry. The shares were holding at a stable $5 price from thier inception in Dec. 03 thru the first part of March 04, when they went through a 200 - 1 forward split. The shares had good support at the 0.04 level for a short period following the F/S (hitting 0.07 & 0.08), and recently have dropped to the 0.002 - 0.003 range. With the pace they are on gathering MANY multi-million dollar revenue producing contracts, I feel that the mathematical theory alone makes this a very solid investment. At $5 per share pre-split price, $1000 purchased 200 shares. With the F/S, the $1000 then was accountable for 40,000 shares. At todays prices, the 40,000 shares only costs an investor $80 - $120. With the amount of revenue producing contracts being worked out at a fanatical pace, I feel that MLON will be back to the 0.04 - 0.05 price level within a few short months if not sooner. Great Buy In My Dogged Opinion.

I like VLVT earning .01 and priced at .015ish. Also PRVH has declined from it's higher prices but seems to have added value for the dilution they have experienced. Looks like their earnings will be huge and could be good both short and long term. IMO-DD-Debi

I would definitely would go with TFCT, TSBB, ONEV, VLVT, USXP. You already know about the first three but I don't know if you know much about the last two. VLVT is a solid long term growth simply because of their financials. Their earnings per share is .01 and the multiple that stocks trade within the industry is three to four times its earnings. They are also projecting strong growth for this coming year.
USXP has had its disappointments, but according to their CEO they are due to collect a considerable amount of the $500 +mill they were awarded as part of a litigation suit against naked shorting. The other thing that leads me to believe that there will be a strong price appreciation is their pending suit against the SEC involving the naked shorting issue.

I agree with CORR. Here is a business that is into Wireless Internet connectivity which is fairly new and not too many companies are doing right now. The demand for this service will increase tremendously. They are also targeting small to middle sized ISP which I think is brilliant as IBM and Cingular will target the big dogs. It has a fairly low float too for a penny. Definitley a good long term stock. They have been making all the right moves too so far.

Bank line of credit of $440,000 was paid off last quarter
Low share count, 300,000,000 shares authorized and only 55,340,091 outstanding as of last 10Q.
Showroom in New York and excellent website
Apparel is currently distributed with retailers such as Wal Mart, Sam's Club, TJ Maxx, Century 21, JC Penny, Burlington Coat Factory, 7th Avenue, and Swiss Colony, with the potential of larger contracts and increased sales. THEIR RETAIL SALES POTENTIAL IS HUGE!
The 10K independent auditors report does not list this company as a going concern issue
There are no current lawsuits filed against the company
The new M Sasson brand will bring in millions of dollars of future revenue in my opinion
They contract with many different overseas suppliers for product indicating a strong supply chain
An ongoing advertising campaign is taking place
They were recently delisted from the Berlin Exchange
Backorders
The chart indicates vastly increased volume in the past 2 months, RSI is increasing, and it appears to have bottomed out. The stock has been in an accumulation phase and could be ready to break out.
This is a great long-term hold in my opinion, the closest I've found lately to a "hidden gem." I'm not trying to pump this, just stating the facts as they are presented in the SEC filings and my interpretation of the recent charts. Always do your own DD and draw your own conclusions before investing.
