Yes it had one. But the effects of that is long over. I believe 1:50. Good company with good share structure with a good idea and plan. Once demand comes in full force for this stock it will run and run hard. I believe the PR yesterday will be the first of many in the next few weeks. Please do your DD on it, this is my opinion and I am telling you why I put my money into this co. Any penny pick is speculative which have their upsides and downsides. Just look what the increase in demand has done so far for the pps. Roughly 600% increase as of now. I am shooting for .1 but will make my decision to pull the trigger REAL TIME.

Great close, holding .05! There's a good chance more folks will take notice of this stock over the weekend and buy in Monday. Charts still looking good. Plenty of room to increase PPS once .05 falls.

The Wi-Fi TV Corporation has been publicly traded since 1997. It has been a pioneer in the online delivery of movies and books, having delivered the first full-length movie with no download time in December 1995 (The Perfect Gift shown at a web site owned by Wi-Fi TV, then known as Kanakaris Communications, called CyberPop). Wi-Fi TV is developing a new portal for Internet TV programming which will include an embedded TV type player in its home page.
Wi-Fi TV is also the owner of several web sites (including URLs, content and technology applications) which it is seeking domestic and international licensing relationships for. These sites include several which have been developed over a period of several years in anticipation of the implementation of wi-fi (wireless Internet delivery and high bandwidth Internet delivery allowing for the delivery of movies and video) as a mainstream consumer reality: CinemaPop (a Beta subscription and pay-per-view movie delivery and a movie themed entertainment web site and portal), WordPop (a Beta site which has innovated in both online eBooks and print-on-demand books), the VideoMeetingPlace (a online video dating and personal meeting site), the Financial Super Channel (a financial information site), CineManiaNetwork (a Spanish language entertainment site) are among those that have been developed as proprietary products. The Wi-Fi TV corporation plans to own and operate its online TV type web site/portal (www.wi-fitv.com) and license to other companies (which it may have an ownership interest in) the other web sites it has developed.
Wi-Fi TV Corporation has a history of innovation in online content delivery and plans to quantify the value of this unique experience now that high-speed Internet delivery is becoming available to millions of consumers around the world.

The high today was .055. The highest bid was probably .04 or .035. Notice today it would drop from .05 down to .03, indicating a sell at that price. Then a buy would kick it back to .05.
In order to sell it at .10 it will probably have to get to .11 or better.

But the filings indicated that they had a name change, and before they had a name change they had 2 reverse splits in the last four years.
Also the old company kept getting diluting.
Besides filings the information on this company seems limited.
Now a major question: When and why didn't I get filled to sell at 5 today?

I rang my broker and the spread was wide. .03 to sell 0.5 to buy. I put a limit at .04 It dropped to .38 and then my order was filled pretty much straight away after. I'd just put a limit at what price you want and hang on

Hey guys I'm back. Slow and Steady is the way. I'm lovin the bid support and the filling of gaps this has been doing. Very healthy and I don't see any technical signs of this falling off. I am still in to atleast .1
