Downloading movies to your computer and watching them. Not most convienent way right now but the future could be around the corner.

Good pick, Ric

A freind told me about ths company a couple of weeks. Based on the news today I'm in.

Also, when I sggested GZFX to another freind a couple of months ago, she thought that web technology such as ACNI uses, would make over the road delivery systems obsolete. I agreed, but didn't think it would happen this soon.

ACNI is up and coming, board started to die off, but this company is ready to move. It has a sister company, ISME which is moving up substaintially and has been sponsered via Novak and Emerging stock report.

Once the BIT is ready, I think this has the potential to move ten to twenty cents.

American IDC Gets SMART

HOLLYWOOD--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2005--American IDC Corporation's (OTC:ACNI:PK) CEO, Gordon Lee. announced today that ACNI has entered into an exclusive agreement with Smart Entertainment to license the SMART Technology for a price of USD $500,000 in cash and treasury stock. This will allow American IDC to run their own SMS ("text messaging") Platform, and enables them access to bill +170 million mobile users in the United States alone.

"This is a great day for SMART and American IDC," says Halldor Sanne, CEO and Founder of SMART. "... A tremendous value for a company like American IDC, to own the exclusive license for the technology... is very important in a quickly expanding market."

"This is not only a purchasing of technology... but in fact the establishment of a relationship between two swiftly emerging, pioneering companies," says Emily Priscilla, COO and Co-Founder of SMART. "The worldwide explosion in the text messaging phenomena, has reached in excess of a quarter of a trillion messages a day. Nearly 750 billion messages daily were sent during the past holiday season--that's over a hundred for every person on the planet!"

This allows American IDC to not only use the technology to send and receive SMS on a Premium Rate, but also to sell content--ringtones, logos, Adult Content--by enabling consumers to pay for products and services using their mobile phone. They maintain a catalog of over 250 mobile applications ranging from celebrity text chat, sweepstakes, quizzes, to lottery style applications, each custom tailored for their exclusive client list.
