Today was the last day to file for the AMEX. plus they havent put back the message board on there website back. a PR should be out later today or tomorrow night. CMKX put out PR at the end of the day.

All I am saying is that there are 4 things you need to know.
1) CMKX found 4 krimbilte cluster out of 4 5 holes that they drilled
2) After that PR they stated that they hired a NY firm to work with them. Granted that this firm is a very very very good and established firm that handles AMEX Stocks.
3) Then they stated another PR that they stopped working on a project to concentrate on drilling on where they found the large clusters of krimbrilte.
4) The samples that they tested came back postive for DIAMONDS!!!!!
Remember Diamonds are very valuable if found which was confirmed with the core samples is worth millions/billions depends on the size.

Your comments regarding bashers are just a relavent when applied to pumpers. Can we agree that they are just two ends of the spectum and that the best place to be, and people to listen to are those somewhere in the middle. I don't disagree with any of your number coments. First of all, the quality, size and amount of diamonds is what determines value. So far CMKX has not shown that they the kimbelite body contains good quality, large size or large quantities of diamonds. We only know of two small ones. And whereas the body could indeed be worth millions/billions of dollars that's yet to be proven and won't be with a lot more drilling.
Before you lable me as a basher know that I own 14,000,000 shares and plan to stay long. I don't want fantastic claims or unfounded criticism. I just want hard, cold facts.
And you still haven't answered the question of why 6/23 is the deadline for AMEX filing.

GATOR I have it on good authority that the exchanges are not committed to a date, but to the filing of forms., and value of the company, that's why I wanted to know this. I think it is a self-imposed deadline by Casavant. VAN

AMEX? wouldn't they need to do at least a 2000-for-1 r/s to meet the $1 requirement? I would be very interested to know how many CMKX has o/s, is there an accurate count out there?

One thing is for sure, Urban Casavant has a lot of tricks up his sleave. In a few months people will only wish to have bought under .001. It is a big rummer that amex is where we are going. There is no proof but we are definately going the right places or the top 100 lawfirm wouldn't touch us. We also have the money to hire such a firm. At this time, since we are still on the pinks, We don't have to say anything.

This stock isn't for everyone. You can find plenty of companies and you can know exactly where they are. This company is very low profile because they have too be. If I would share my DD on it, I would be typing here for 20 hours. There is a 20% chance we go to otc, 20% chance we do a merger, 20% chance we go to amex, 20% chance we do all the above, 20% chance we do 2 of the above. One thing is for sure, "We are not a fly by night company".
I do consider this the best investment I have ever made. I mean 1.9 Million Acers of mineral rights in a place with 80% Kimberlites have diamonds.

BLUE A reverse split is only one way to get a certain stock value,probably the least effective because it only lasts as long as shareholder perceive it at that level. Two other ways I can think of: Prove value of reserve sufficient when divided by A/S or Create an environment where a buying demand exists sufficiently to bring pps to required levels. VAN

OK, I'm re-reading the PRs (It would have been really helpful if you'd point out which one you are talking about). I see CMKX is trying to become a fully reporting company again. Yep, knew that already. I see they are changing stock transfer agents and are requesting a full and complete audit of the comany by the old stock transfer agency. Knew that too. Cancelled the MRDR project. OK, knew that already. Now I'm back the the June 3 PR and I still see not mention of AMEX or a June 23 deadline. Is it before that date?
Now, would you please just stop playing this game and show us all where you are getting your information? I mean, isn't that what providing the benifits of DD on this board is all about. Report the information and provide the source? You'll find me very quick to agree with you if you can show me the information in a PR.

yes, CMKX would have to be trading at $1 or above for 30 days in order to be listed on the AMEX ---- correct me if I'm wrong

The date the 23rd comes from 2 people who talked directly to Urban and he told them to watch this date as a lot will happen by it. We now will have to see if Urban's plan is on schedual. I haven't seen in writing the 23rd was a last day for filling but I heard many rummers about it. I would also like to have that varified if someone knows a link. Melvin said on the air that news was coming soon and I think this will be something big.

Thanks, emunahstock. Sounds like it's just as I thought - "I talked to someone who talked to someone who has it on good authority blah blah blah." Guys, let's not post rumors for fact. And after Melvin's last fiasco I think his credibility is pretty much shot, at least with me. Take everything said about this or any other penny with a healthy dose of skepticism, even PRs.

Good Morning All, I would love to see a PR today as would most of us. As far as speculation about a reverse split goes-it is totally premature to even think that way. We don't have the share count, don't have the core sample reports available to us yet. We don't know the Naked short position -assuming there is one (I do), we don't know the full extent of any and all partnerships and financial dealings. I agree with emunahstocks 5 probablities he proposed about this stock on general principals. One thing I do know is that reverse split talk is scary since most of the time it involves death spiral financing and a company's last gasps for air. I think we have something substantial here based on all the Press releases put out the last 18 months, filtered through my limited but profitable (and occasionally distressing) experiences in the OTC and pink sheet markets. I can think of scenarios where the R/S is not in the picture but that would be the same as the conjecture that we need one. GLTA-IMO-DD-Debi

I'd still like to know how you deduced your 6/23 deadline statement from the PRs. I think I'm just not following your logic.
As for Melvin, sorry but I won't "leave Melvin alone". This guy is supposed to be a PR man and his spelling as atrocious. And in his excitement he has said things that he's had to back pedal on. I think he is a great cheerleader, which is probably why he was hired, but I think he's the wrong person for the PR job if you are trying put on a professional face. But with the last PR Urban put out (the one on 6/18) I'm beginning to wonder about Urban also. I mean, like someone said, that PR looked more like something that one would post on a message board. Not very professional at all. My opinion is that they need to get a real PR person. Keep Melvin for the cheerleading, but get someone who can put out a professional PR.
I agree with you 100%. At a time when they're getting so much recognition, they should be showing more professionalism. A top law firm and a new auditing firm should go hand-in-hand with a new PR firm... or at least an in-house, professional, experienced PR person. No offense to Melvin, but the job requirements have outgrown him. JMHO though.
