Global Links Corp. Announces Launch of R-E-info.net Beta Site Monday June 21, 1:35 pm ET
HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2004--Global Links Corp. (OTC BB: GBLL - News; "Global") announced today that it would launch a beta site for its new subscription Web site (www.r-e-info.net). The beta site will list all of the information that will be made available on the final version of the Web site, which is set to launch on Aug. 1, 2004. "A lot of work has gone into the preparation of this site. We will be making very important real estate information available in the fastest way possible. Now that the beta site is up and running, we will begin feeding in data streams and expanding the content on a daily basis through the official launch of the live and complete site," stated Frank Dobrucki, CEO of Global. Complete membership information will be made available during the next month.

Check out the chart. The pps recently crossed the lower band very nicely. Since then, it has gone up slightly and is now going back down to form a nice double bottom. 99% of the time when then pps intersects that lower band, the stock goes up afterwards. I'm going to watch this stock closely and maybe put in a limit buy tomorrow. Have you heard anything else Erebus?? I think it's really looking good short term.

Everybody seems to think the S-8 is all but done.The last call to the transfer agent a few days ago put the share count at 170 mil(need 196)...lots of volume since then. Go over to RB GBLL board and check.There will be an update on shares tomorrow.
This thing could run pretty good.....
OS 182,872,799 yesterday around noon according to TA....

I'm familiar with most SEC forms, but what type of info does the S-8 have and how does it apply to gbll?

It's a form they register with SEC to tell what they will be selling. You can go to the SEC site and they have an explanation on it.
They did 99 mil with GBLL and it seems to be over or almost over.That's why the price is so low on GBLL and some of the other stocks.When it's done, if the company is good then it will recover.Go to RB and you can get a better feel for GBLL and see if it's right for you...

Stellar interview - a "must listen" for everyone. Key themes:
Long range vision Re-info net. - cash cow to build affordable senior housing (innovative footprint concept to appeal to local governments) and international housing through Mariposa to supply cheap, easy to assemble homes (Mexican market est. to be a few million alone, stated CEO) Infrastructure and technology currently delivered (and activiated) in house at GBLL, with capacity to service at least 50,000 customers (potential market @ $69 a month = 3,450,000.00). Anticipated partnerships with banks and financial institutions. Dobrucki predicts huge income growth through re-info and said several times of launch date (aug.1), said service would be available 24/7 to serious real estate players - will be only one of its kind with that degree of information on a subscription basis. Explicitly stated no-one understands (in specific reference to share price) the value of company and specifically the serivce being launched - anticipates dramatice change in investor sentiment as site is launched and revenues flow in.

TA was called earlier today and the total OS was 204,872,799(not counting today's action I presume). Turns out that the total OS after S-8 is suppose to be 211,977,799....
Either the S-8 options are done or there's something we don't know about.....
