(OTCBB:COPY) announced today that it has entered into an arrangement for a U.S. company to supply to CopyTele prototypes of a proprietary array of low voltage controllable nanotubes for electron emission. CopyTele will utilize the nanotube system in a version of our high brightness video color flat panel display; as recently announced, we and an Asian company are jointly producing prototypes of these displays using our proprietary thin film technology (TFT) color matrix pixel structure. CopyTele's color displays would be able to create images similar to a CRT but would use low voltage similar to a TFT liquid crystal display. Under the new arrangement, CopyTele will have exclusive rights to the nanotube system for display products.
