The only thing I can think of is that they were to have authorized 800 Million more shares effective yesterday. That was according to an SEC filing. I figured that was what caused it to drop out of the penny range to the subpenny but that filing has been out since June 23rd and I figured the market had already adjusted to it. Maybe not.

I dont think that cause pps to drop! Management needs to release Financial or contracts PR instead of acquisition PR! Investors will not buy on acqusition news!

That's not much when you consider their number of Authorized shares is now at 1.6 Billion and their outstanding shares are at around 500 Million.

wow that's alot of shared of this sucker out their. 1.6 billion. and another 500,000 outstanding that alot shares, and current PPS the shares come out to around 15 million dollars worth of shares. hate to say it but is their a chance of a reverse-split. any opionions?

Actually their total number of shares is 1.6 Billion but only 500,000 of those are issued. I guess I used the wrong term saying outstanding. They are authorized for 1.6 Billion but have issued only 500,000 of those shares.

they just increased their authorized shares from 800 Million to 1.6 Billion on 7/13/2004. Here is what was in their DEF 14C Filing.

ic thanks, i was think damn this company is bigger than i first thought, with 1.6 billion shares they should at least have a volume of 50 mil. a day. but with 500,000 it's understandable y so lil volume.
