ITEM 5. OTHER MATERIAL EVENTS
The company has signed, on May 7, 2004, an agreement with Mudengu Resources
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, as a first step toward establishing a major
banking system for rural South Africa. Mudengu, headquartered in Johannesburg,
is a South African holding company with subsidiaries active in mining and
exploration, technologies, investments, energy and logistics, and property and
facilities management.
The agreement with Mudengu establishes a new joint venture company to
create a series of banks in South Africa, based on the company's MicroBanker
2000 (tm) technology, a specific software and hardware system designed for
optical card-based microbanking applications.

DENVER, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO), a leading developer of integrated optical card based systems and technology, announced today that it has filed a patent application that covers the use of optical bankcards for a wide variety of financial applications. The application has 23 claims and covers methods and processes for executing and tracking financial transactions such as savings accounts, cash transfers, payroll distributions, loans and mortgages, insurance programs and bill payments with optical cards. Security issues regarding biometric authentication of customers, crypto protection of financial information residing on optical cards and on-card transaction audit trails are extensively covered. Titled "Optical Banking Card," the application includes by reference two previous patent applications filed by BSI2000 -- "Optical Card Based System for Individualized Tracking and Record Keeping" and "Cryptographically Secure Transactions with Optical Cards." BSI2000 President Jack Harper said, "This new patent application provides extensive coverage and protection for our MicroBanker 2000(TM) system that we are developing initially for rural markets in South Africa. We have designed the system to provide secure and economical 21st century banking services to the hundreds of millions of people all over the world that live in cash and barter economies. This includes people not just in South Africa but also in India, China, Pakistan, Indonesia and many other countries. We are aggressively strengthening our intellectual property base in this area in a way that we believe is building a fundamental and valuable asset for our shareholders." WASHINGTON, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO), a leading developer of integrated optical card based systems and technology, unveiled a proprietary low cost optical card reader -- Sentry2000(TM) -- at the CardTech/SecurTech Conference in Washington today. Designed for use in high security areas in government installations, financial institutions, offices and schools, the Sentry2000 is a small wall- mounted unit able to scan and identify fingerprints that match biometric data embedded in optical identity cards. The reader can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be networked to create various types of audit trails. BSI2000 President Jack Harper said, "With the Sentry2000, we are breaking through the $500 price barrier. This will be by far the least expensive optical security card reader of its kind -- competing systems with fingerprint verification currently cost well over $2000. We expect this development to propel optical card systems away from early adopters and into the mainstream. The product is well along in the development process and we currently expect to have it ready for the marketplace by early fall. This extremely low price point is made possible by important recent developments in our proprietary optical card technology." Carl Sharp, BSI2000's vice president of sales and marketing, said, "We are delighted by the response we have received here at the world's largest and most important card tradeshow. By offering a unit that is so far below the market's normal price points, we are confident this is going to be attractive to a large market segment."

BSI2000 Hires Excell Consulting International for US-VISIT Program

***

Biometrics Technology Targeted to Homeland Security Program DENVER, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO), a leading developer of integrated optical card- based systems and technology, announced today that it has engaged Excell Consulting International, Inc. to help insert BSI2000's highly secure dual- technology optical/smart card systems into the US-VISIT (U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology) program as part of homeland security. The $10 billion US-VISIT program creates a new biometrics-based electronic entry/exit system that will accurately track persons entering and exiting the United States as well as those who have overstayed their non-immigrant visas. It is planned for use in U.S. air and seaports. BSI2000 President and CEO Jack Harper said, "The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) awarded the prime contract for US-VISIT in early June. We have been working for some time now with DHS and other major subcontractors who are part of the winning team. Now that the primary contractor has been selected we have a path to follow in seeking to participate in the program as a subcontractor." Harper said, "I believe our dual technology optical/smart card technology is perfect for the card component of US-VISIT. It is the ideal use of the systems we have been designing and building including Sigaba 2000(TM), Crypto 2000(TM) and our upcoming Sentry 2000(TM). We are confident that BSI2000 has the most secure card system in the world and intense security is what counts in this age of international terrorism." "Excell is an accomplished marketing and consulting group with a proven track record of helping technology companies like BSI2000 successfully gain access to federal government agency contracts. We are very pleased that Excell will be working with BSI2000," said Carl Sharp, BSI2000 vice president of sales and marketing, who will be overseeing Excell Consulting. John Balch, president of Excell, said, "We are happy to be working with Jack and Carl and the BSI2000 team. We have great expectations for their products for US-VISIT." had to go to softball game-LOL

looks like I should've waited to buy....

we had hit the resistance I bought at 3 or 4 times today. took an educated guess.

actually in the red now. Not worried though, this stock has a lot and for it to be under .10 etc. is insane, just think of how many airports...

definately not what i expected though..
