Just looking over the charts again to see any patterns. I love patterns, being a trouble shooter, and actually this retrace is following the last GZFX run. Look at the chart between first week of March and the last week during the last run. Especially the MACD, on the pps it went up went down a litte back up then down right before the big run. We are on the second dip now. The MACD had a good hump on the candle sticks and went way down right before the run to .18. The pattern looks good for next week. JMHO

We are all human and I have played on emotion in the stock market like everone. Guess what, I lost most of the time. I played following T/A like I did perfectly on TFCT and have done well most of the time. So, I guess that I need to cut out the emotion part of my brain, lol.

Well I just received an email from JF and he has been promised that the site will be up tonight. He told me that the site was scheduled to be up by 5 June but IBM built them a poor server and it took them 10 days to correct he problem. So that put the programmers behind and they've been working hard to catch up. He did say tonight though.

It's good to see that they did have a 5 June day set originally to give them time. However, a wrench was thrown in that took longer than the spread they gave themselves.

Was it a good play to get in today at .134?
What do yall think. I was thinking quick profit. Maybe 10-20 percent. Do yall think .155 next week anytime.

Yes ended in the green today.
Someone had posted that there site was going up tonight or tommarrow not sure.

A lot of people thought it was a scam today for some reason, I 100% believe in this company they are going for market share with NetFlix and will get it.

That is a great price for it, .18 is its 52 week high once we hit that we will be well on our way. Good pick up.

I'm certainly not the expert around here, but this chart of NetFlix tells me to hold on to this puppy.

It will make a difference for me.. As my investement will be more secure..

What i would like to know is the website stat. after thursday..

(quoting GZFX)
"The entire media schedule, with airtimes, will be posted on the Adsouth website www.adsouthinc.com and GameZnFlix website www.gameznflix.com after the Fox Network debut on June 17th."
I would like to see that posted.

And finally look like everybody forgot about that
" on June 17th we will launch our "Thanks to the Military" discount campaign. This will make us the only DVD and Game rental company shipping to the APO and FPO addresses necessary to reach our service people around the world."

I really don't see why we can't be trading on the American Stock Exchange by the end of the year.

On June 8, 2004, GameZnFlix entered into an Investment Agreement with
Southern Securities, Inc., which is a completed private offering. That
agreement provides that following notice to Southern Securities, GameZnFlix
may put to Southern Securities up to $15,000,000 million in shares of common
stock for a purchase price equal to 88% of the lowest closing bid price on
the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board of the common stock during the three day
period following that notice. Each put will be equal to a minimum of
whichever is less: (a) 200% of the average daily volume of our common stock
for the 10 trading days prior to the put notice date, multiplied by the
average of the three daily closing best bid prices immediately preceding the
put; or (b) $10,000; provided that in no event will the put amount be more
than $300,000 with respect to any single put. Southern Securities is an
"underwriter" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended,
in connection with the purchase of the common stock under the Investment
Agreement and its resale.

The number of shares outstanding prior to the offering (as of April
12, 2004): 556,157,882. The number of shares to be outstanding after this
offering, assuming all of the shares offered under this prospectus are
purchased under the investment agreement: 706,157,882. Based on the closing
market price as of April 12, 2004 of $0.12, this would represent a purchase
of 142,045,450 shares by Southern Securities, which would represent 20.34%
of the combined total as of April 12, 2004.

Southern Securities, Inc. may offer the stock purchased from
GameZnFlix through public or private transactions, on or off the Over the
Counter Bulletin Board, at prevailing market prices, or at privately
negotiated prices. GameZnFlix will not receive any proceeds from these sales.

Can somebody explain this to me. I mean did this already factor into the price? Adding more share cant be good correct? I got 8k shares today but didnt know about this news. Please explain if you can.

Thanks

I have another important question and maybe this can explain the trend.

I had several buys in today following the stock all day and placing orders between the bid/ask and my first order was for 80K shares and followed it down and kept changing the order ( ameritrade ) and the order was never filled.

I proceeded to change the amount of shares to 50K to see if that executed but it didnt and continued to follow the bid/ask placing my order in the middle and nothing.

I again reduced the shares to 40K and again following the stock placing the order between bid/ask and never filled.

I never got in today can someone explain the meaning of this ?

I hold 100K shares and was looking to add on the dips but again could not get an execution...

I can't see why we would not be trading at minimum 20% of what netflix is trading at in a year...

This stock has followed the pattern of so many before - a run up before an anticipated event and then all the daytraders dump it and the stock falls back. I knew this was going to happen and believe me I was tempted to sell when it went to .17, but first I couldn't think of a penny with as much potential to buy in its place (not with Scottrade), and second, I don't want to have to chase it when it runs again. If you think this is a scam then sell, but don't whine when it retreats a little, personally, I hope it does fall because I intend on accumulating as much as possible. Good luck to all GZFX holders.

Wait... so am I understanding this correctly? They are going to be adding shares? So we'll have a higher float ie. dilution ie. the price will drop? I don't want another WARNING (which I belive in long term, but is very painful right now none the less). Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,
e2

You have a brand new name come on this board and post with no confirmed info. Thats a Basher straight from there handbook. Prove your statemnet or leave and not from some second rate web site. Adsouth use Business Wire were did this come from?

Absolutely agree with you, Rics: besides, if they add shares, more than likely it will be in order to fund their agressive campaign against Netflix which will benefit the stock- the newbie basher forgot to mention any reasons why they were supposedly planning to do so, which only goes to prove he is a basher who only concentrates on negatives- even if those negatives are exclusively his own creation. On the other hand, if you are too lazy to do the DD on GZFX, or to ponder the strategy which would be involved in such an action, then don't just walk in here with your wild speculations about what they might do. This company is not comprised of a bunch of morons, and neither is this board. GZFX doesn't just dump shares on the market to play with the investors like some companies do- so if you don't understand the big picture regarding GZFX, don't bitch about speculation. Cudos to you Rics, for calling this one like it is.

I seldom post since I have been invested in this stock but just wanted to add my two cents.

I get a little frustrated at the investors who try to guess at what makes the price move up and down. This company is one of the most solid which you can invest in here in penny land.

To anyone new who sees the new commercials and is trying to become a member dose not know about the new or old site. The new site will be up soon and all this talk will go away.

I have been in this stock since December and have full faith that everyone invested will do well in this stock. Just do not be scared off by others who can not see the whole picture.

Good luck to all involved.

I'd be in this thing if my funds weren't tied up elsewhere.

Extremely tough buy in right now.

I've asked .132 for 1/2 hour now. Bid and ask are .128/.131.
Either no one is selling, or the MM's are putting through these low volume trades amongst themselves, trying to scare some shares for themselves.

I'd bet it's both. Who's going to blink first?
