Do you guys think this stock will take off after there new club opens on Friday June 11th? Heres that report! I havent really followed this one in the past, so those of you who have could you provide insight.

MONTCLAIR, N.J., May 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rascals International Inc. (OTCBB:RSCA) announced today that its flagship comedy club venue, located in the exclusive New Jersey enclave of Montclair, will have its Grand Opening on Friday June 11th. A private invitation -- only cocktail party and show will be followed by two already sold out performances at 8:30 and 11:00PM.

Construction difficulties have plagued this 12,000 square foot, multi level, state of the art facility, and it diverted management's time, efforts and finances. Once open, Montclair will prove to be one of the largest grossing comedy club in the U.S. with anticipated annual revenue in excess of five million.

Ed Rodriguez, Rascals Chairman and CEO, had this to say: "We can now turn our full attention and resources to our next major club location in the Palisades Center, the country's second largest mall with over 20,000,000 annual visitors, located in the New York / Westchester suburb of Nyack. This club will open before Labor Day!"

"All of the financing is in place, the lease with the Center has been signed, the contractor has been selected, and acts are already being booked. With this opening, we will have opened 4 venues in less than nine (9) months, and before the year is over Louisville and Pittsburgh will also have opened."

"I could not be more pleased with the pace of our expansion, as further evidenced by the public's awareness of our potential and profitability."

I went to the grand opening of Rascals entertainment complex this past wednesday, 6-23. Wow!!! It consists of Parot Bay, a really coll upscale bar and restarunt, Rascals Comedy Club, and The Red Cheetau dance club. The complex is by far the most exciting thing to hit Louisville, KY and I have lived here 44yrs. The Red Cheetau looks and feels like the heart of Hollywood.

Both hudge bars in the Parot Bay were full, the comedy club was almost full on this Wednesday night, and the whole 4th Street live was packed.

After the comedy show I noticed most all of the tables had numerous empty bottles and glasses on them $$$

The waitress told me that they were not expecting this big of a turn out and appoligized for the slow service which I found to be acceptable anyway.

Look up 4th Steet Live on a search engine very hot place for HLRN to be located. The new 4th street live is still under construction being developed by The Cordish Company and Louisville.

This is the Mayors pet project and I have to hand it to him, he is kicking A$$.

I own this and have been wondering?
I am near retirement.
How old would you say the average person was while you were there?

The majority age of customers was between 25-35, but there were older people there scattered throughout 35-50yrs. There is a huge patio just outside the club where about 15 large tables seating about 8 each, they were full, and I forgot to mention there are about 50 tables and booths in the Parot Beach Club, they were full too, people eating and drinking.

My girlfriend and I spent about $55 there. We had the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail $10, and the Red Wine Beef Brochette $12, Chicken fingers in the comody club, 3 margaritas, and 2 glasses of White Zin.

There was a concert on 4th street live last night that was heavily advertised. I was unable to go but I'm sure it was packed.

I will be going there again this Wednesday night. And I will find out how they did this weekend for sure.

There stock float was 10 mil diluted to around 18 mil (as posted at Investrend). The dilution is why the price target was reduced to .50 for this year.

Staff were very professional and sincere. One of the part owners, I would assume preferred stock, was sincerely talking with customers asking them about their experience.
I have 20k shares and will be watching the complex here.

A professional comedian lives two doors down from my parents and he did a show at the NJ location. I have not met him yet, but will sometime this week and get another perspective about management.
