I am thinking about jumping in this. Can't understand why it is so low right now. I also can't find out anything about this company other than some news. Does anyone now what the o/s is on this one?

I have done my homework 2, but I can't find that information enywhere either. The company does not say much and they're not required to, because they are pink sheet stock where their financials do not have to be reported. I email them, and they haven't reply yet, lets see.

I found the O/S, but I don't know how acurate it is, because I got it from another board.
It's a very large OS, 1.4 billion. The authorized is 3 billion. I believe the product is very good, sales are good, but as the outstanding shares increase, the pps will have a harder and harder time of appreciating in value. IMO
What do you think?
