Everything's building on anticipation of the 10Q which has already been stated (in the NT-10Q) to show increased revenue due to 1) an aquasition of COMM company w/ immediate revenue of $1,000,000 and 2) the liquidation of it's games division, which reduced overheads immediatly by $1,000,000.

So from a TA standpoint you feel it is a decent play short term. I assume you are probably factoring in a positive 10Q into the mix? What about a fundemental analysis, do you have an opinion on the performace of the company? I can't find any claims they are trying to build a better mousetrap, but granted, could it be that finding a niche market and applying good business fundementals will make this company a good long-term prospect or do you feel that it is "worthless"?

The Techs arent includes in the Fundamentals as far as the 10q is concerned. It would only be tied in when the 10Q is released and the stock jumps.

I understand that, I meant is he also factoring in a positive 10Q into his short term play opinion in addition to the TA. I am just curious where D is coming from, if he feels the stock is worthless my question would be "Why?".

All pertinent business's in the same building that our TALL is in, have a very large "pipe" to send out and receive data in huge quantities through out the world! Also, it is learned, one of the main reasons TALL made this office change was to avail themselves of this huge "pipe" location. (for our TALL to send and receive messages in huge volume) Remember, they recently came up with the concept of ActiveCast. ActiveCast, I believe is for fax, email, voice MMS and SMS messaging. I also believe some of our neighbors (in same building) could be targeted as future customers or for other business relationships!! More news, when available.
