Three of my friends have each tried to purchase more shares of cmkx over this past week ( 5/11/04 through 5/14/04) at 0.0001, but have not been successful. Their bids ranged from 1,000,000 to 12,000,000 shares. Two weeks ago any bid for shares would go through almost immediately. I called ETrade and they told me that so many people are trying to buy this stock that not enough shares are available. Does this mean we're ready for a move soon.

I have had a limit order in for .0001 for 3 days and it was never filled. I use Lowtrades and the ask price on the quote hsa remained "0". i woner if his has anything to do with it. i am biting the bullet today and trying to get in and buy at .0002. I dont want to miss out on anything. I really dont understand the NITE issue of possible naked shorting, but it would seem that where there is smoke there is fire, and I see smoke on this one.

Bottom line is that NITE doesn't want all this publicity nor the other MM's so they have to let her go up. We hope!

How much money we talking? Maybe split it in half, some .0001 and some .0002 so you won't be left out.

Since May 5th, CMKX has shown positive momentum (slow as it may seem) through today's trading session.
When the price moved to .0002 on May 5th, there was a bid of .0000. Early last week (only 3-4 trading days after the move to .0002) we started seeing 2 bids at .0001. By the end of last week, we were seeing a consistant 2-3 bids of .0001, with increasing numbers of .0002 asks. Late last week we also saw an MM at .0003 on the ask. The trend may be slow to some, but obvious to others.
In cutting through the chatter, when they announce positive findings for diamonds, these levels will not be seen again. For those around long enough know that QBID was at these levels for a very long time (pull up a 2 year QBID chart). Those in at those levels are the ones with the least worries now. The value of the diamonds, land and land rights CMKX owns will be worth a great deal and get the market's attention.
If you're going to try .0001, try it soon. I added to my position on Friday at .0001. I'm learning very quickly that timing and the type of order is everything on many issues these days.

I've had a buy order in for 5 Million shares at .0001 since Thursday of last week and it hasn't filled. The week before I put one in and it filled within an hour. Definitely going up slow but sure.

I responded elsewhere, but for others to know... scottrade said its too costly for them to purchase CMKX stock for its clients, so they only accept sell orders. freetrade or lowtrades are cheaper and don't carry the 1/2% fee either.

Your order should have gone through. Something is wrong, contact broker. Maybe they didn't buy up any to sell u but from another broker you would have bought. I also sold twice while others complain they never can. I don't know what is up with their brokers.

I just talked to my broker at Lowtrades. he said that this stock is goign to be a hit or miss stock to buy. Due to the fact that the MM's are controlling it, it is a matter of having enough shares available to buy......

HA HA HA HA HA HA You guys are hilarious, takes all kinds in the stock market I guess!!!!! I've been digging a hole in my backyard for weeks now, haven't found any diamonds yet, but optimistic as the last sample lit my eyes up.

Update! Only one of my three friends was able to buy in at 0.0001 (3 million shares) on Monday using ETRADE. The other two also use ET, but were unsuccessful at 11 million shares and 1 million shares. Go figure. I also tried to purchase another 3 million shares myself using Fidelity, but have been unsuccessful for the past two trading days. I talked to a person working on the ETRADE trading floor again and he told me that they were only allowing people to buy CMKX at 0.0002 even though the stock has been fluctuating between 0.0001 and 0.0002.

I put in an order for 1 million and got it this morning... It took about 2 hours to fill... I tried selling it at .0002 for a couple of hours but it never went through... Maybe a sign for me to hold on to it

CMKX I didnt see that my reply here made it so here it is again. I bought in @ .0001 A few months ago for 2 million. When the run was back on the other week tried to get anouther 3million scottrade was only takeing sell orders. So i went into wells fargo and bought 2.5 million shares @.0001 when it started to take off again. I put a sell of the 2.5 million for .0002 been there for a week so I cancelled it this morning. I ask my broker at wells fargo what was going on with this stock that i couldnt get it to sell at .0002 and people couldn't buy it at .0001. He "said if you want 20 million at .0001 DONT PUT ALL OR NONE let it fill what it can and it might take a few buys on it to fill the whole 20 million." But @ $57 a buy from wells fargo and scottrade not buying any more in'm done and going to sit on the 4.5 million I have till at leadt AUG. Something fishy is going on with this stock but I LIKE IT. I think when this takes off its going to fly at least up .01. So if you want in take some advise if you want 5 million shares @.0001 have your broker place an order for 8 million AND DO NOT PUT ALL OR NONE ONCE YOU HIT YOUR 5 MILLION CANCELL THE REST OF THE ORDER. With the volume that has been moveing and people cant get it at .0001 people are going to go for to get in at .0002 and so on. But just wait till the Company release some more test result from there drilling. Its been really hush hush with the company since they 1st started test drilling.

gunner08, my hats' off to you. That's a great idea, that if you want to buy 5 million shares of CMKX, then put in a order for 8 million shares, but don't use the all or none feature. If you try to buy 5 million 'all or none', then you can't get it filled untill there is a 5 million block for sale, but if you just put it in as an open order, you can get a million here, 500,000 there etc. untill you have accumulated 5 million shares. If I understand correctly how that is done, you would have to pay commission for each trade. With an all or none order, you only have to pay one commission, but there is less of a chance that the trade will go through. Also, if you only want 5 million shares and you put in an order for 8 million shares, you may end up with 8 instead of 5 million shares. Also, before you put in the order, you need to make sure that you have enough money to pay for 8 million shares, in case you end up with that amount.

Mine filled at .0001 through Ameritrade the other day in one buy. With Ameritrade, they charge once for partials per day. So if it takes 3 days to fill your order, you will pay the comission 3 times regardless if it took 3 or 50 individual trades to fill it.
