As many of you know usxp is suing the SEC for damages from naked shorting and slander. I really feel the SEC made wrongfull use of power here. USXP reported a nice profit last quarter and since they opened their month in complaint since their stock price went down when it should have gone up, the SEC went after them. My research has shown this company to be excellent and I really feel it is one of my best investments. I also feel the SEC is wronged me on this one since my stock is worth 1/10 of what I bought it for WHEN ALL THE COMPANY DID WAS MAKE HONEST MONEY. Did the SEC do this to warn others not to mess with them?
