Pinnacle Business Management Inc. Announces Name Change to Serac Holdings

LAS VEGAS, April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pinnacle Business Management Inc. (Pink Sheets: PCBM) announced today that the company has changed its name to Serac Holdings. The company has also applied for a new cusip number. Management is continuing to seek viable companies for merger candidates.
