This may sound kind of strange but I have Ameritrade but don't see where they offer L2 for OTC stocks. Can you tell me where to go on their site.

You have to suscribe for it....its is only $9 per month...It should be in your "my account" tab...

On the other hand...I think they have some rules but if you meet them...you evetually get it free.....
