at the risk of sounding like a basher, I doubt we wil hit 0.01. The company doesnt do anything, the OS is well into the billions..... This may continue moving up on momentum, but it will come back down, and a lot of people will be stuck without a buyer for their sales!

I'd be carefull on this one as the Hippo said, you can trust the dog on his picks( we are all lucky to have him back) but he gets in and out in a day most times. of course he's the one that picked QBID at .0001 also.

I have not heard anything...it is all just speculation since this is a shell company....Has been holding 0.0005 pretty good now for the last couple of days....& a lot of activity between MMs....Its is not easy for us investor to actually buy or sell at the highs or lows....

It's no mistake, but yes someone missed a zero. We see too much of this for it to be mistakes. It's either zero's missed or MM games. Buying and selling between each other to make the numbers look better.

Hi, I don't believe this website is the same as srci (Pinnacle Business Management, Inc.). Here is what I found out about your www.pinacletowers.com finding...it is part of Pinnacle Holdings; they're involved with wireless. The executives are not the same as srci/pcbm. Of course, I could be wrong... I do know that these two companies like to change names. Hmmm...The first page of this thread mentioned more of srci formally known as pcbm.

Most of the ask's probably did not hit the mark. I had the same problem with USCI last week, sell in for .0008 and it was running between .0007 and .0009 but My sell did not go though. Also its kind of a first come first serve.

Don't know. You have to call them to buy a pink, and it cost $22 plus .5% of the trade value. I use freetrade.

Looks more like news on MTV. Kinda reminds of of all the IBZT hypers riding high, then the cerification issue. This might be the little unforseen problem that will sober people up. Sometime I wonder....but the last volume I saw for this stock was 1000 shares at 0.0001. That is 10 cents......

The MM's can do whatever they want, .10 cents .05 cents, whatever.
They're manipulating the numbers for whatever reason, usually they drive it right to the bottom (52 week low) and then pop it up to wherever ( 52 week high) then sell and drive it down again.

A fire at an auto dealership in Pennsylvania hardly seems like a national business news story, but investors in a company once known as Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. would probably disagree. The All-Pro Auto Mall, which was destroyed by fire last week, once served as the focal point of a stock scheme that caused small investors to lose a bundle.
In other words, hundreds of people who invested in Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. know what it is like to be burned.
In early 2001, Pinnacle agreed to acquire the All-Pro Auto Mall and related businesses in Western Pennsylvania from Vincent and Kim LoCastro. A used car dealership in Canonsburg was central to those All-Pro Ventures. See 3 E International Corp. - From All Pro To All That Dough. Pinnacle indicated that it would make the All-Pro operations the focal point of its business. Those who relied upon Pinnacle's promises were destined to be disappointed when the Company failed to perform and the Securities and Exchange Commission came knocking on the door. In consideration for the All-Pro "empire," Pinnacle gave the LoCastros 83.3 million shares of Pinnacle common stock and a promissory note for more than $6.6 million to the LoCastros. The catch was simple. If Pinnacle failed to pay the note when it came due, the LoCastros would get their business back. Which is precisely what happened - but not before Pinnacle touted plans to spin-off the All-Pro operations as a separate public company. Those promises caused the SEC to file a suit charging Pinnacle, Vincent LoCastro and Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey Turin, with issuing false and misleading press releases.
Back in the hands of the LoCastros, the All-Pro Auto Mall now has a new share of woes. According to published reports, the fire at the dealership probably was started intentionally on Wednesday. Employees apparently put out Wednesday's fire, but the local assistant fire chief, Tim Solobay, says it reignited the next day, either on its own or through the efforts of the same culprit.
Vincent LoCastro, who is now barred from serving as an officer of a public company by virtue of the SEC's case against Pinnacle, informed local reporters that the corporation hoped to rebuild within six months. While the fire destroyed ten cars, another 100 cars in a separate lot were unharmed.
Pinnacle, which changed its name to Serac Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SRCI) in April 2004, has not issued any comment.
