Just letting everyone know - At these levels it is an easy 100 percent dividend. Buy it on Tuesday and then sell at the end of the week for the dividend. It seems to me that the only reason that the stock has been held down up until now is the fact that investors have been waiting for tomorrow - the very last minute to buy. Quite frankly, I cant say that I blame them - the stock is at a perfect entry point now and they can get their dividends right at the last possible second. CDVJ just closed today at .0047. CSJJ (the company you get the free shares of) just closed at .47 today. You get one free share of CSJJ for every hundred shares of CDVJ you own. Plus, if you can get in early enough, you ALSO will make money on the rise in Price per Share because of the dividend, as the price should rise throughout the day. Good luck tomorrow everyone, this is going to be a great buy.

Sorry, that was a typo. I meant to type a 1 to 100 payout, which TRANSLATES into a one to one ratio once the price per share is counted.

correct numners: For every 100 CDVJ shares, you get 1 shares of CSJJ. Lets ALSO try to be realistic. I DOUBT, but I could be wrong, But i doubt the price of CSJJ at the time of div distribution will be 0.47 cents!

PAVP is now CDVJ...........Where did CDJJ come from?

I must have lost something. I thought for every 100 PAVP shares, you get 1 shares of CDVJ.

Where did I miss something???

I have 200k of PAVP what happens now?

Now you get 200k shares of CDVJ and 2k shares of CSJJ. Pavp = CDVJ, CSJJ = Dividend if you are a shareholder as of 4/9/04.

PAVP has changed its name to CortDev or CDJV. It acquired CDJJ and shareholders of record on April 9th will receive free shares (i.e. a "dividend") of 1 share of CDJJ for every 100 shares of CDVJ that they own.

No.
CDVJ (the new PAVP) is issuing 1 free share of CSJJ for every 100 that you own of CDVJ (the new PAVP). Some people call that (the free shares) a dividend. Instead of a dollar amount dividend, it's a share amount dividend.
I'm still not sold on this idea of having to buy by tomorrow.
If I wasn't so damn lazy... I would call E*Turd and find out for sure.

Can anyone please tell me why PPS still goes down after all the good news, especially even after name change.

I was thinking about useing my margin buying power to get in on this one. Do you all think that this is a gauranteed winner. If so how soon and should I hold both stocks or cash out of one and hold the other. If so which stock to hold. Thanks to all.

joey,

if you need to ask that question, perhaps you shouldnt be using your margin on this transaction.. margin can be a dangerous thing..

just a thought..

Joey - I HOPE you're not serious. I don't even think you can buy pennies on ANY margin account. I have mine with ameritrade and stock has to be at least $5 I believe.

Even if you could I think it would be disastrous for you. There is NO SURE thing in the stock mkt. especially the pennies, and ABSOLUTELY NOT in the Pinks.

PLEASE do a lot of thinking BEFORE you make any trades.

Good Luck

Joey -

When I said Do a LOT of THINKING BEFORE you trade - I meant about how MUCH you could LOSE, as well as and more so than how much you MIGHT gain.

Alot of folks thought it would run today, and last week, and the week before that.
Something to consider.

Joey
JMO but I would not buy this on margin even if your broker will let you. I hold a lot of shares of cdvj and am not buying more as I think its not going anywhere, the only reason I holding is for the free shares and that I'm so far in the hole on this stock it just doesn't matter. It could come back or go to zero and I'm hopeing for the best but would not add to my position now. Buying on margin is a great way to make money if the stock goes up but you are paying a fee on top of your losses if it goes down, not a good idea on this stock in my book. Follow your own plan but think this out first. Good luck either way.

Im only in this with a large position because I do not think it can go down much further. If I was not In I would not get in except maybe a Grand or less.
But trust I am usually wrong
Dave

Looking at Volume and the 9th comming up and the low PPS I think we are going to RUN to close

im not trying to be a spoil sport, but I dont know that we will go much higher. Our MACD is flat, and doesnt show much diverting, even when it tries. Although our 50 day moving average shows us rising, our 200 day MA puts us pretty much exactly where we are. Maybe we OVERVALUED this stock. Granted, positive news about ANYTHING that they have planned WOULD pull us over the hump, so to speak, and would render my charts USELESS! of course, when we factor in the dilution of shares, and the abnormal shareholders we have, its no wonder we are exactly where we are!

Look at the way the PPS flucuates 5 pts with very small trades. It seems they are buying at low PPS and I would bet the ask is high
anyone have that???

I don't know how much more of this stock I can take....I think I might just take the free csjj shares and use that money, whether I get it in the future or now, to breakeven with this stock and get out. I'm just giving up all hope that we'll ever see .02 I was also thinking about just playing the dips between .006 and .004. If I could get a couple of those, that would also get me at breakeven. This stock is just making me worry too much and I could put the money in other stocks and actually make money...like itdj and rsca are the ones I'm watching and waiting.

BID: 0.0043
ASK: 0.005

This can VERY WELL be a buyback dip. In the past, I have seen stocks trade low/sideways for some time as the buyback occurs. Then, when news of completion is announced, you can see PPS fly depending on how many shares had been retired!

I really am beginning to feel like this is TOO much of a waiting game tho!

To anyone who uses Etrade:
Has your symbol for CDVJ show up as some kind of number in your account? I mean the spot where it usually says "CDVJ" is now "742662109". This is the second time Etrade has done this with a pink sheet symbol. The other time was for XNGSF but that was because there was an option with the same symbol. Now I know why you guys call it ETURD!

Sorry for confusion.
