Volume is HUGE today and CINM is at great price, but going up graduallly. Heads Up. I have no DD on , but it is on my ticker to watch for a break and this could be it.

Wow!!! Lots of awesome news on this one, where is the 10q for CINM though, all I get is the 10q for Brenex which is Blah. I like where it is sitting near the bottom. The bands are coming together. Great news out. OS of 34,340,794 if I am reading the 10q correctly. Would really, really, really like to see the 10q of the new company. Has anyone else come up with some good DD in that respect?

I guess I'm am just too suspicous on this one, why would they merge with a company that has no business at all, no operations, no nothing?? And then the only info you get is on the non-entity? Nothing on the company that actually has a business?? Are they trying to hide something? Theories or answers anyone?
