It is probably the dilution that is occuring. Cornell Capital is probably dumping alot of shares on the open market. I thought the dilution and the drop in the price had ended, because the stock was at .17 when they issued the outstanding shares. This stock has a really small market cap even with the issuance of more outstanding shares, I believe it is around 1.3 million. Their market cap would be around only $600000 if they didn't issue more outstanding shares, which is not even the price of a nice home nowadays. If they are really planning for all of these new ventures that they are stating, especially the Palisades Mall expansion plan, I'm sure they would increase their revenues, and possibly the stock price. I live about 30 min away from the Palisades Mall in NY and I'm sure they would clean up in their. That mall is packed. My friend is a Manager at the Dave and Busters in that mall, and the numbers that place produces is phenomenal. This is just my two cents, I might be wrong, and it definitely wouldn't be the first time. I'm in for a relatively large position at .062 but if this hits .039 I am out.

Anyone have any L2 qoutes on this? Was wondering if Bob or any one else was gonna hold on to this, or move on to the next conquest?

Rich, just like I said, don't sell too early...you'll be kicking yourself in a couple of weeks when this thing is over $1.00! Rascals is an established company and is waaaaay toooooo cheap at these levels!

I agree even if they issue 40 million shares! Total outstanding shares would be around 50 million and at $1.00 the market cap is still low!

That's a strong possibility but I think the next couple of months over summer will really bring some huge numbers. $2.00 plus is a very realistic near term target.

I don't know. When I find a bunch of mumbo jumbo like that I usually stay away. Its my opinion and only that is if a company can't come right out and give me the numbers without telling a long story like that, they most likly don't want me to see the numbers. Just my opinion. I will stay away.

I was actually interested in RSCA, primarily because of the extremely tiny float. However, at first glance this report does not look pretty and seems to imply both debt and dilution problems. I agree, was a lot of mumbo-jumbo in there, makes me suspicous. I'm staying away. This is good news for those of you who stay in: if I choose to stay away, it usually goes to the moon (and vice-versa)!

I just check on there website and for Jersey City, NJ it was sold out last night. It's also sold out for saturday night for the 2 shows. So instead of 2 shows sold out we got 3 shows sold out. I think will have another great PR next week.
