.....or what ever they call this junk now. It's my first r/s and it wasn't much but it was mine. I don't mind loosing through valid trading but this really irks me. It is beyond me how they can get away with this. They've renamed three times now.
I've never bashed a stock before but this one has earned it. Glove box my a**.....TreeSafe.....Horse Sh*t.....here's their number, I'm calling at least once ever hour for a few weeks..1-800-479-0449.
You pays your money and you takes your chances but this is robbery.....clear and simple.

Lost a bunch in this one...
Closed my postion this week, this is a company you can't trust!!!
Lots of people upset with this one, many are talking class action suits.
Should have known not to invest in a company that has billions O/S... They will continue to play this scam. In time they will again flood the market wtih shares and then another R/S. THIS STOCK IS NOT WORTH IT...

Well said! Robbery as it`s best.
I`ve lost ( not too much ) but the worst thing is that it is not " healthy" loss but outcome from plain , almost criminal in this case activity.

As Johny Walker says- " I will go anywhere as long as it is forward". We shall do the same.

Based upon how AFART treats their investors, I feel sorry for their clientelle. I wouldn't let these carrion do work at my home or business- seems like all they are really interested in, is getting rich by manipulating investors. I wonder if their clients know how they act regarding their investors...

What is it that the company did that might be / should be illegal?

Apparantly, they sell all the shares of stock that they can.

After a while, they declare a reverse split, (the last one was a 250 to 1, meaning, if you hold 250 shares before the R/S, after the split you hold only 1 share.)

Then, they start selling more shares again, up to their limit.

Theoretically, they keep raking in money, while the value of the shares becomes worth less and less.

I believe this is the third time in the last 2 years this has happened.

DISCLAIMER: The above information is based on my personal belief, and in no way constitutes any personal knowledge of the actual situation regarding AFRC, I mean AFRR, I mean AFRT.

i bought 3 mill shares for $3,000 right before the splitt turned 3 mill into 12k and then it opens at .12 for seconds till it drops to .09 anyways it was sopposed to open at .20 but thats life i sold 12k at .10 and got 1200 so i lost 1800 dollars which makes me very sick u see i dont mind losing if it had just droped to .0001 i wouldnt got mad cuz thats just a bad trade but to get hit with a 250 for 1 reverse split and then dops half the value instantly is crimnal act in my mind and then no proir pr about the issue no warning it was like a succer punch if there is a class action law suit i want it this was a pain ful experiance for me 1800 is alot of money to have to make up cuz of this

good luck guys

this happened to me with IDGE (250-1 r/s and more coming) and these type companys will not stop ripping us off, just learn a lesson with companys that hang out at 001-003 for months on end. daytrade them only but don't put any faith in them. they are at the bar drinking away your trade. Just my hindsight, and for what its worth IDGE went to .12 after the split and look where the worthless stock is now, do your own DD but I would put $100 on af=whatever being .005 within 2 months. Just my 2 cents. Go BICO and GZFX!!!!!!!!
