I just purchased at .04 today for the medium-term... I'm positive there will be some significant gains:
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/040324/54673.html

"Alvin L. Dahl, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 21st Century Technologies, Inc (OTC:BB TFCT.OB-News) has reported to the company that the annual report for the 2003 will demonstrate unprecedented gains in total assets and shareholder's equity over 2002. Mr. Dahl has advised management that assets have increased five-fold over 2002 and that shareholder's equity has increased approximately 21 times when compared to the company's performance for 2002."

Folks the questions for you to be asking is how much money or and probably stock did these assets cost and what are the assets.
Then you might be able to make a call as to what the company and its stock is worth.

The PR as released looks like nothing more than a pump to me.

Another thread.

yep, I'm in from around .029 and .03 and wishing for big success. I'm eager to see their prizewise.com launch on April 1, but I seem to be the only one, LOL. Most are more upbeat about SeaPatch funding (I am too!).
Go TFCT!

Hi Bimbo,
Do you know of any Homeland Defense conferences that TFCT has announced attending soon? I heard the announcement of MDDM presenting at a conference on the 30th, but nothing about TFCT. Was there a similar TFCT announcement I may have missed? Cheers.

NEWS today, for anyone following:

21st Century's Trident Receives Congressional Support ProMag and SeaPatch Impress Legislators
Wednesday April 7, 9:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004--21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) today said that the company's efforts to secure federal funding are proceeding as planned. Several Members of Congress and the Senate last week submitted paperwork supporting the purchase of ProMag and SeaPatch for multiple safety and leak prevention applications.

"We are please with the support that we are receiving from officials," said Kevin Romney, general manager of 21st Century. "Our efforts to educate decision-makers of the benefits of our magnetic patches are working. Our support base continues to grow."

Top legislative staff and Members of Congress and the Senate were awed by the simplicity, easy application and sealing power of ProMag and SeaPatch when officials of the Company recently visited Washington, D.C. Mr. Romney and James Branch, president of Trident Technologies, Inc., 21st's wholly-owned subsidiary that manufactures ProMag and SeaPatch, participated in nearly two dozen meetings there in March. They demonstrated the ProMag/SeaPatch sealing devices to elected officials from Nevada and Texas as well as to congressional leaders in the transportation and homeland security sectors.

Decision makers are supportive of purchasing products to mitigate accidental or terrorist-caused environmental spills to protect our homeland through various government procurement processes.

For anyone watching this, PrizeWise.com page was updated recently. Main address now takes you to main front page instead of the "this site will launch on..." page. The launch date is now announced as May 7, and the site itself looks much improved IMO. A lot more items posted for winning, including a bunch of DVD's, some of which I'm actually thinking of registering for, so maybe that's a good indication. Now all that remains to be seen is whether the overall concept is viable. This doesn't need to go toe-to-toe with Ebay to be a winner, it just has to fill its niche. That's just IMO.
Also, TFCT had some weird news out I think yesterday about a small fine it received from NRC about one of its gunsight products? I have to go back and reread that. I'm choosing to regard it as minor since the fine is so small. (Famous last words, LOL.) But if anyone knows better about such things, please chime in.

The power of numbers is the idea of this message board. Instead of one set of eyes, and one brain there are thousands here. Hopefully, folks post good and bad news for the greater good of the community. There isn't any "GRIM REAPER" when factual information is published. I have been watching this stock for about month, and almost bit at the .028 today. Thank you for posting the bad news. You might have saved me some $ !

Wow, that second report STILL doesn't show up on my Yahoo Financial News under my portfolio tracker. Just the first report shows up. I wouldn't have seen the other if it weren't for your post. Thank you!

It may have been Richard II who said it best: "I like not this news. Bring me some other news."

Or Jackie Gleason, when he said: "oof."

But thanks for bring it to light.

21st Century Technologies Outlines Succession Strategy after Passing of Chairman/CEO
via COMTEX

April 21, 2004

LAS VEGAS, Apr 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT) today announced the Company's succession strategy after the passing of Chairman and Chief Executive Arland Dunn, who died on April 19 at the age of 65 following a prolonged illness.

The Board of Directors has appointed Larry Bach, a director and the corporate secretary, to serve as the company's acting chairman, and Kevin Romney, who had been serving as the general manager, to serve as the Company's new chief executive officer. The Company also announced the addition of John Dumble, vice president of Business Development, to fill the vacant position on 21st Century's Board of Directors. Detailed information regarding the changes in management will be set forth in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC.

On the changes, the Board issued a joint statement reading, 'Mr. Dunn was an outstanding leader, businessman and friend who will be dearly missed by everyone associated with 21st Century Technologies. Our thoughts and sympathies go out to his family at this difficult time. Mr. Dunn successfully navigated the Company through its transition to a Business Development Company, the infusion of over $5 million of private placement financing, and the recently announced net profit for fiscal 2003. He made a lasting mark on 21st Century Technologies, and his leadership was an integral part of the Company's recent growth.'

The Board's statement continued, 'We are confident in the abilities of Messer's Bach, Romney and Dumble to continue Arland's legacy with a successful transition and even greater performance in the future. Mr. Bach, who received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, has been the Company's secretary since May 2002, and business advisor and consultant to Mr. Dunn since 1995. Mr. Romney, a certified public accountant who previously worked for Ernst &Young, is an experienced entrepreneur who has been the Company's general manager for the past two years. Mr. Dumble is a seasoned investor and business man who has been the Company's v.p. of Business Development for the past 18 months.'

21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940. 21st Century has ownership in several investment portfolio companies, including Trident Technologies, Inc., which manufactures high-technology magnet-powered patching and sealing systems; Innovative Weaponry, Inc., maker of low-light and no-light tritium-powered gun sights; the Miniature Machine Corporation, manufacturer of precision adjustable gun sights; Paramount Multiservices, Inc., a telemarketing firm; and PrizeWise, Inc., a Web-based marketing system which is being readied for a near future launch.
