WATCH THIS STOCK! It has shot up today HUGE and has been very nice to trade with today. Going down a couple times to .005 and then quickly shooting back up to the .007 range making very nice quick profits.
The Paris Hilton news has helped this stock gain a 100% increase in one day. I'm not sure if this is really a good investment stock but I haven't found a better one for any scalp trades in a long time.

This stock hit a resistance last time at .008 and it is currently at .0078 so there is a possible dropoff coming soon so watch out!

Warning to File Quarterly Earnings Late Monday November 22, 6:10 pm ET Additive Revenues to Exceed $700,000 for the Quarter
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Warning Management Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WNMI - News) announces today that it will be late in filing its third quarter September 30, 2004 earnings. ADVERTISEMENT
Due to the recent acquisition of ESI (Employment Systems, Inc.), whose revenues were originally consolidated with its parent company's financials (a much larger Private Corporation), ESI financials have taken longer than originally anticipated to construct. The ESI financials are required to satisfy our regulatory requirements prior to the filing. To satisfy the requirement Warning must complete the construction of the last two years of operating results for ESI.
"Though we are a little behind in finalizing our September 2004 quarterly financials, I feel the effort put in up front in satisfying the requirements will provide a significant benefit for WNMI in the future," said Brian Bonar, Warning's Chairman and CEO. "We anticipate filing the Quarterly report before December 3rd, 2004. The additional revenues produced by ESI, for its three week contribution to Warning's quarter to be reported, is anticipated to exceed $700,000." Update to Shareholders on Quarterly Filings 12/6/2004 7:01:00 AM LOS ANGELES, Dec 6, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Warning Management Services, Inc. ( WNMIE ) Gives progress report on the late filing of its third quarter September 30, 2004 10Q, financial results.
Warning Model Management, Inc. ("WNMI") wishes to update shareholders regarding the late filing of its Sept. 2004 10Q quarterly financial results. WNMI anticipated completing all the financial and accounting work to allow the filing prior to Dec 3 2004. These management estimates were based on the facts available to us at the time of the announcement. Management underestimated the required work load as it related to ensuring that the subsidiary acquired, Employment Systems, Inc's, (ESI) books and records would be in compliance to the FASB and GAAP regulations. Further, considerable effort was required not only in these areas but also the stub reporting for Tax Filing for the prior owners of ESI.
Management has now completed, to its satisfaction, the required analysis and adjustments and will submit to our outside auditors today for there review and approval. We anticipate full co-operation from our auditors and will receive a timely turn around allowing WNMI to file its Sept.'04 10Q. The adjustments as required by GAAP, FASB and the Stub Tax Reporting will reduce Management's prior estimate of ESI's contribution in the September'04 quarter by approximately $150,000. Shareholders have further been concerned that this delay would result in the delisting of WNMI. This will not occur, as we will file within the next few days, well within the requirements of NASD.

Based on the Financial and Accounting Figures we are presenting to our auditors, and Management's best estimates WNMI's Gross Revenues prior to adjustments, if any, by our auditors will be approximately $1,270,000 for the quarter ending Sept 30 2004, Management further estimates Revenues for the quarter ending December 31 2004 will be approximately $3.5 million,, Further, on an annualized basis, Management now estimates, based on current levels of business and new business development, that WNMI's consolidated revenues will be in excess of $15. Million for the Fiscal Year ending December, 2005.

Sorry Everybody - I thought I was on the Ibiz thread when I was answering Poorman. They're having a teriffic day - I thought we would with WNMIE too, it started that way, and we ate right through all the .0045 asks - and then - Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
That's why I don't put a lot of credance in L2 - It has kept my butt out of trouble, yes - but it's also COST ME 10's of $1,000's by gettting out because of what I THOUGHT a stock was going to do based on L2....

I'm always in the wrong stock at the wrong time this year - either that or I still don't sell when I'm up...... and get mad when I'm down 90% VERY shortly thereafter!!!! Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww

That is a pretty decent filing. This company is definately looking interesting even without Paris and the rest of them.
