ItsFun.Com Launches Today Monday March 15, 6:02 am ET Firm Aquires Permission From SightSound Technologies, Inc. to Proceed With Its Launch
PHOENIX, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 15, 2004 -- ItsFun.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Advanced Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ADVK.PK - News) has launched -- starting today hundreds of pre-registered artists, bands, songwriters, producers, publishers and labels can start uploading their music, bio's, pictures, performance schedules, and promotional material. ADVERTISEMENT
"After getting a sneak preview of some of the submitted work we can't wait for the world to listen in. These artists shall provide you with the most exciting music ever available. Truly music to your ears," said Leslieann Norem, spokesperson of the company.
Digital Audio Book -- Starting within the next two weeks we shall add digital audio book to the mix, and, more importantly, prove to the publishers and writers that they can make money in this space by paying them 90 % of the gross proceeds from each sale, less hard costs involved. Hard costs could include MP3, SightSound licensing fees and credit card fees. ItsFun.com will retain only 10% from each sale, which will go to site maintenance, improvement, and staffing
SightSound Technologies, Inc. a Mount Lebanon, PA base company, has patented technology in downloading digital music and movies over the Internet and has recently (February 20, 2004) settlement with CDnow and N2K for $3,300,000 US, has granted ItsFun.com permission to proceed with its launch. "We are staying on the right side of intellectual property issues -- as we feel it's wrong to steal from the artist, its equally as wrong to steal someone' intellectual property."
ItsFun.com is a new and exciting online digital music distribution service offering the artists, bands, songwriters, producers, publishers and independent labels the necessary tools and pricing to control their own destiny. ItsFun.com pays the highest return offered today in any distribution model including the Apple i-store, CD Baby, The Orchard or Amazon, higher than any of the major independent distributors, hands down!

I went out and plan to get back in next dip. I was a bit disapointed that the site isn't more functional yet. Also the low volume today, I was expecting more people to know about it. This is on my watch list to get back in but I have to go where the numbers are moving, dropping each day if I can.
there are some really good buys today if you look for them.

The website is fully functional. You cant expect the site to have music on it 2 hours after it opens, members have to sign up, and post the music.

I'm expecting that we should head up a little after more people sign up and more people get to know about the stock and website. Yes? No?

Im not going to panic and sell, this site will be big, just give it some time to get the members and get some music up. I also think they will put out some pr again soon. I normally only invest in stock that have a product IM interested in, this company has my interest.

I agree it has potential but as a webmaster I know they could have done better preparation so therefore I took my small profit knowing others will think the same. We also still haven't seen their advertising budget, I asked them on the phone and they would not disclose it. I just would like to buy back at .08 and get out of my investment of .12-.16 which is what I did just in case it makes a slow start. If they have the right artist and advertising budget this could go far. But we have to see something more then a bunch of blank links at opening.

Got this from another board, does not sound good....
itsfun.com (ADVK) went "live" today and what a disappointment it was. Basically, they have no artists signed, no product to sell and no website to sell a product on, if they had one. It was announced by yet another vague, pointless PR about some licensing agreement that we never knew was an issue.
Last week's MP3 announcement was about as meaningful as me saying I'm going to start driving on I-95 instead of Route 1 to get to work. If they hope to get artists to pay them for doing "promotion" like they do for their own company, there is a problem.
The itsfun.com website is an empty shell. I (belatedly) examined the source code and can't see any sign that they even attempted to build a site more complex than a single static page with pretty colors. I foolishly hoped to be able to browse some titles, read about the artists, hear some samples, and maybe even spend money to download some music. No way Jose. I guess that's not in ADVK's definition of a "launch".
I'm kicking myself for not doing my own DD re their technical capabilities. I'm new to investing, but I'm an experienced Software Engineer and I might have been able to figure out that this company might be good for a one or two day pop, but be sure to get out before they go public with their incompetence.
IMNSHO istfun.com is not nearly as good a website as the average Mom and Pop eBay store and I'm going to get out tomorrow because I don't see any future for this company. They had a great concept but don't seem to have put any thought or effort into delivering a salable product.

This is incredibly disappointing to see that a select few neglect to remember the potential of a company and solely base an investment decision on the design of a website. Remember that a number of people see potential in this baby, and being a successful (or what I hope to think of as sucessful) investor myself, it frustrates me to hear near bashing on this one, please stop and stick to posting facts. Opinions are good, but leave it at that and state that it is your opinion!

RELAX PEOPLE! I am also a programmer/web designer and the site id fine. They need members to sign up and to start uploading music. This isnt a site selling cds, it would be impossable to have music on it before they open....especially since no one could sign up until yesterday. The site is more than a "shell", but does need some artists....they need some good advertising, and we will be fine...dont chicken out and sell for a loss..hang on to your shares and go long with this one you wont be disappointed. Im wating for it to bottom out, and then im picking up more shares o lower my average buy in price(currently at .17 unfortunatly). Remember the market doenst make the product , the product makes the market.

PERSONALLY I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF THERE IS A BOUNCE PLAY HERE. THERE DIFINITLY SHOULD BE. I WANTED TO BY AT .095 BUT THE VOLUME IS LOW AND I SEE NOT BOUNCE IN THE FUTURE. I AM GOING TO CONTINUE TO WATCH CLOSELY. MIGHT BE THERE. THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE A BOUNCE PLAY IN FXGP ALSO. DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE DEAL FOR THE DAY. I WILL LEAVE IT A WAIT AND SEE. REALLY WAS PLANNING ON MAKING A BUNDLE ON THE BOUNCE. OH WELL..THERE WILL BE ANOTHER STOCK AND ANOTHER DAY!!!

I agree. If people start going to the website ans find that there are artists posting, word will get around and more artists will post and prices will climb, etc. It'll take some time, though. As soon as posts start happening, I would expect to see prices start to climb sort of relative to the amount of artists posting (i.e. a few posters= a slight increase, massive number of posters=big gains, etc.). It did have a nice run last week, that says there must be some interest. JMO however... Good luck everyone!
