Motion DNA Takes Biomechanics Testing Public
Monday February 2, 2:16 am ET
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2004--Motion DNA Corporation has become a new publicly traded company effective January 30, 2004 (Pink Sheets:MOTD - News). The board of directors unanimously agreed to take the company public on the OTC in a meeting held January 19, 2004.
Zig Ziegler, Motion DNA - President commented, "Now that we are a publicly traded company we have access to the resources to drive growth for our shareholders. The completion of the initial public offering is the first step in a series of activities that will continue to position Motion DNA as a premier medical service provider around the world. Our plans include several key acquisitions and strategic partnerships over the next eleven months as we strive towards our revenue projections of just over $8 million for 2004."

Company Now Seeks Major Medical Contracts
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2004--Major medical insurance providers, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United Healthcare, will pay up to 70% of the fees charged by Motion DNA Corporation (pinksheets: MOTD - News) for its diagnostic mobility assessment.
The approval will open the door for many individuals who ordinarily could not afford the sophisticated, diagnostic testing services. "The decision today from insurance providers will allow us to treat a larger portion of the population," said Dr. Thomas Martens -- Medical Director for Motion DNA Corporation. "Thousands of athletes, in particular many of the over 16 million under the age of 18...can now receive a diagnostic assessment without concern for the fees which can amount to over $1,500 per analysis," Martens added. "We intend to seek reimbursement from other insurers around the globe, including many companies or school districts who self-insure."
According to Zig Ziegler, President of Motion DNA Corporation, "It is our intent to immediately focus on securing major medical contracts with high school athletic districts around the country...providing them with 'hi-tech' physicals and other diagnostic treatment programs. According the National SAFEKIDS Campaign, over 3.5 million injuries occur in youths participating in athletics. SAFEKIDS claims over 50% of those injuries can be prevented. The Motion DNA Analysis can identify the potential for injuries in athletes before they happen. This diagnosis is based upon three dimensional, biomechanical modeling and 3D imaging. In 2003, during clinical trials, affiliates of Motion DNA tested over 20,000 athletes' golf, baseball and softball swings, and throwing motions.

Motion DNA Corp. Announces Plans to Launch the World's First Wireless Motion-Tracking Tool for Treating Biomechanics Related Injuries
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb 23, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Motion DNA Corp. has agreed to develop motion capture software with medically related, diagnostic capabilities for wireless hardware designed by InterSense Inc. of Burlington, Mass. Once completed, the system will be the first of its kind allowing for completely mobile, diagnostic motion analysis of human movement. "This is the product we set our sights on over six years ago, when we began research of the motion analysis industry," said Zig Ziegler, Motion DNA Corp. president. "Half a dozen companies told us they were ready to launch the first completely wireless, real-time motion analysis hardware. InterSense is the first group that has put their money into developing a first-class product."
Initially, Jason Bodine, vice president of technology for Motion DNA Corp. and a team of software developers, will design software for a wireless prototype, using InterSense's Inertia Cube Two and a mini-computer from OQO Technology. The Inertia Cube Three, expected to be available early in the second quarter of 2004, is expected to operate using the same software developed for the IC-2 project. The product will move Motion DNA's diagnostic testing capabilities ahead by approximately 15 months.
"Our goal is to create a product that allows a medical professional to record precise physical data on a patient while performing any physical activity," said Ziegler. "Imagine an athlete who injures themself exercising, while wearing our analysis system as a training tool. The system could provide the treating professional with insight as to exactly what might have caused the problem." Motion DNA Corp. also expects its motion analysis tools to help employers and the legal system identify injured and non-injured workers in court cases, potentially saving billions of dollars in worker's compensation costs

Athletes take note: A Scottsdale, Ariz., company is tackling technology that can monitor the body so precisely, injuries can not only be pinpointed, the cause--and potential cure--can be identified on the spot and in real time.
Motion DNA today announced that it plans to develop motion-capture software--the end result being dubbed "the x-ray machine of human motion"-- for wireless hardware designed by InterSense Inc. of Burlington, Mass………………Read the rest on your own.

Ok so they are even keeping up with technology changes. As you see how I am figuring out the business model.

Motion DNA Corp. has relocated its corporate headquarters to a larger, multipurpose facility in the Scottsdale Airpark. The move gives Motion DNA its first corporate-owned diagnostic testing and training center for athletes.

THIS IS ALL IN 1 MONTH people...IMO this stock is getting ready to roll.
These are all my opinions with the DD from raging bull and artistnow, thanks to him and all of us we are ready to roll in the green!
