Does anyone know of a good website or book that will show you how to read Charts?

I do. http://www.prophet.net/analyze/popglossary.jsp this should keep you busy for a pretty long time. Maybe some other members could weigh in with what technical studies are more important or significant and/or the ones you should learn first.

I'm a month new to this and I picked up a book at Barnes and Noble by Toni Turner titled "A begiiner's guide to short-term trading". Covers candles, and most of the other charts. A lot of really good info to get you started. Might be worth a look.
I've also seen others on the board recommend this book. It'll help you get your feet wet in the charts if nothing else and it's only about $16.
Good luck.
