how do you get the streamer working with lowtrades.. i been to the trading desk and nothing, is it supossed to pop up? i click on streamer and it brings me t sucess trades.com i called them and they said it is not working, i emaild them and they said everything is working fine.. is anyone useing it thanks

I found that once I put the symbols in, I had to log off and log back in before they would take effect

the tickers work but no real time streamer. i called them again and they said it is taken down for repairs but there email said it is working fine.. i went to trading desk thinking it would just pop up but no then i still can not find on how to access it or if have to download anything. so i guess it is just out for repairs..
