FENTON, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2004--ATNG Inc. (OTCBB:ATNG - News) announced today that significant progress has been made managing legal issues and settling debts. "We are making steady improvements in our legal and financial situation," says Robert Simpson, Chairman-CEO of ATNG Inc. "Of the $5,200,000 debt we inherited from our predecessors, there is approximately $1,000,000 old debt remaining on the books. Approximately $250,000 of that is in the settlement process and could be settled within a few weeks. The remaining $750,000 is debt that we cannot validate and allege to be fraudulent and egregious. We are therefore challenging those debts in court," continues Simpson.
"We have paid and will pay every valid invoice upon receipt and challenge those creditors whose claims cannot be validated."
"We have reached the point where we can see the remaining debts being settled quickly and the legal issues turning in our favor. We will continue to pay all creditors upon receipt of valid claims as we have in the past," concludes Simpson.
