Wise. I understand what you mean. I usually do the same but they were no resistance to this stock so I just wanted to see how high it would go. Now side trading between 0.13 and 0.15. Lots of buys. Will see if it break loose.

October 9, 2003 Primary Business Systems signs letter of intent to acquire firm San Antonio-based Primary Business Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PYBS) has announced that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with a Texas Professional Employer Organization to acquire all of its outstanding shares of common stock.
Company officials would not divulge the identify of the firm, nor reveal the city in which the target firm is located.
Primary Business Systems operates two wholly owned subsidiaries in the PEO and temporary staffing services industries. PEOs provide HR, risk management and administrative employer responsibilities for client companies.
"Our goal is to increase shareholder value through acquisitions of other quality regional PEO companies that have developed quality relationships with their clients," says Chairman, President and CEO Rick Mathews.
"The acquisition of this PEO would result in strengthening our position in the PEO industry," he says. "This is one instance when the combination of companies will result in new synergies that should ultimately benefit the shareholders of PYBS.
"This acquisition will also provide more profitable revenue that will facilitate additional acquisitions," he adds.

Not yet. I want to see if it breaks 0.23 where the last resistance was at. It jumps to 0.51 after that. I guess 0.22 would be my exit if nothing happens.
