Biomoda Scheduled for SB-2 Completion & poss JV with Genomed Inc.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2004--Indesign (Indianapolis, Ind.) has been retained by Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. (OTC BB: ADOT - News) to increase the capabilities of ADOT's advanced sign development technology. Focus on enhancement will be directed to light sensitivity and video synchronicity.
Biomoda Inc. (30% directly and indirectly held by ADOT) has filed an additional patent relating to assay and protocol tests. Biomoda's pending SB-2 is slated for completion shortly after the company files its 10K for 2003.
Advanced Optics Electronics Inc.'s 2003 10K is scheduled to be filed within the next 30 days. The company recently confirmed that outstanding debt continues to be greatly reduced. Net worth will reflect this fact and other positive developments.
