RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2004--Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline BioTechnologies, Inc. (OTC:LBTT - News) announced today that the company had completed the required documentation for compliance and FDA clearance of its breast microendoscope.
"This is a real milestone for us and we are quite excited about our upcoming U.S. as well as our European market entry with this product," Jonathan Reeves, Vice President of Operations, stated. "It has been a long and tedious process for us. Having worked for well over a year with outside consultants to develop the required documentation and record keeping system required by the Food and Drug Administration, the Company is now well prepared for future FDA applications."

Holmes noted that with the CE Mark awarded this past December, preparation continues for the introduction of the breast microendoscope at the fourth annual European Breast Cancer Conference March 16th through March 20th 2004 in Hamburg, Germany. Lifeline will have Company representatives manning its booth at this conference with products demonstrations. The Conference is the largest European attended gathering of breast cancer physicians and representatives expected from all over the world. Holmes further noted that Carlo Micheletti, President of Advance Biomedical Concepts, Lifeline's marketing and sales consulting firm, is already in Europe preparing for the Conference and product introduction to the European markets.

William Reeves, President and company founder, commented that Lifeline will be attending the American Society of Breast Surgeons Annual Conference, being held at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 31 through April 4, 2004. "We will be present with Company representatives and a booth featuring its microendoscope as initial introduction to the market providing physicians with an aid in dealing with patients concerning nipple discharge," stated Reeves.
