The dividends will be paid some time after the second of March. As far as the price, I could only assume short timers are bailing now the dividend period is over. Long term I don't now. I am not going anywhere soon. In at .38 Sweet! Hold a very large bag a we speak LOL. - Marty

It would be nice to see some press release to follow up soon to just solidify the merger and confirm the dividends are en route. Sure would be nice to see the PPS rise up, at least to the mid thirties again. - Marty

You will not see any dividends until March 2nd. This was in the 8-K. One thing also to remember do not sell before the 2nd if you want to receive the share dividends. There is two different ex-dividend dates, one for the cash dividends(2.13) and (3.2) for the stock dividend. I hope the PPS rebounds, at least to low or mid thirtys. I would break even if it does. I expected quite a bit more volume on this. At least comparable to the couple of days post merger announcement. Good luck to all who hold. Looks like this short term has now turn into a long for me. Isn't the stock market grand? Huh. - Marty

ive been lookin into bpnt more and more and i am not really wanting to hold this for the long and and going to buy more shares if it goes to anywhere near low 20s... this company has many many subscribers and great business plan and partners who are in big places... all big name brands and companies work with them and their new credit card will be a big help in reveunues... i am not tryin to be one of those idiot pumpers but i honestly do believe this will be at a dollar in a couple months... they have way more money than their current value... look what kind of dividents they can afford.. this is great and im hoping to stack up more...
