Purl who cares... most the true pumpers and bashers on the board are the newbies... they see the growing popularity of the site and now try to say irrational things here... i respect your insight and im sure that many others do as well inspite of our differing opinions of ibzt... i do see alot of potential whether it be driven by hype of driven by true earnings... i want to know if you believe the VKB is a good product and if you believe it has true potential

First of all Purl stated she makes the quick buck and I agree this is not a quick buck, but some of us hold stocks for the long haul when we see company potential. I am fortunate enought to have 800K in long term investments and 120k+ to day trade with so this is a long hold for me and a few others here.

another thing about your previous posts PG.. all those lawsuits were before the 4000 percent price increase.. that just shows how day and swing traders can give a $hit less about previous actions or lawsuits with the ceo or company.. to a long term investor your words are great but for the short term hype and momo riders.. events like that dont really mean 2 much.. keep up the good work Purl and i still want to know what u think of the VKB and its potential

This thread was created specifically for
providing research. This I have done in
the spirit of this thread.

Appears to me this thread is nothing more
than an excuse to personally insult others
and to cause problems for others.

Why don't you simply start a new thread
with a simple title,

"Let's Ruin All Stocks."

That is what you, plural, are doing.

MOBL is not one of my picks and I urged
investors to NOT buy EFLT, unless willing
to take an extreme risk.

I have had enough of your, plural, childish
and insulting behavior. All of you, with a
few exceptions, have turned All Stocks
into a way station for Raging Bull.

I'm history here.

I have posted DD and when people ask where I get my numbers, info, ets... I respond and I expect the same. And read the 10Q is not a valid answer. I read and as I take from it I note it in my post, I expect the same if it is to be taken as valid. and Diqu said he spoke with individuals at the company..... Yes I think he is not truthful.... I asked for names to compare with an employee list at Synosphere here in Plano, TX and he has not replied, this is odd........... If any think it is not right to request were you get your information from then you might as well invest in the blind.

Another question since the other ones went unanswered. How come better than 70% of the stores they list at the bottom of their site doesn't carry their product and it is only the online small companies that carry the other major names do not? Again this is a question I just followed the links while studying this.

Nitro,
Did you look to see if they carry any of the products? Remember Ibiz has like 90 PDA products and I believe not all stores carry all of the products. I know I have seen the fold out keyboard at CompUSA but not the VKB.

Ok Oilman I stand corrected they do carry three products at Compusa www.compusa.com/products/products.asp?in_dim_search=1&N=404440&Nty=1&CusaNe=400000
Sorry for missing that one, and your right that would be a major one. I am just trying to get the facts not trying to discount you.

i just wasted 3 minutes reading this stupid ass thread. let's just all sit on our hands (which we all hate doing, i know) and wait for some news, and for the pps to go up. same with qbid. you all know these stocks are hot, let's not speculate, just sit pretty and wait for them to do their thing. when it's all over, we'll all be a couple million richer and we can all just laugh at the stupid fights we've had. THANKS!

Nitro, no ofense here I expect people to question my DD it gives you assurance and me credability. If you look on the Palm site they have the radio attachment on sale and Fry's Electronics has 9 items that I have seen. Ok the following is a cut and paste of a PR from the CES and not where it talks about the numbers and specifics of which companies have made orders cannot be released until approved by those companies. This is common practice and anyone in a LARGE company will know this.
===========================================
January 16, 2004 (1:30 p.m. ET)

iBIZ Corp. Reports Results From CES 2004
PHOENIX, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, reports CES 2004 as the best showcase ever for iBIZ products. "CES 2004 was the highlight of our twenty four year history as iBIZ had more visibility than ever before at any show we have attended in the past," said Ken Schilling, President & CEO of iBIZ Technology Corp. "Certainly, the introduction of our Virtual Keyboard drew a great deal of attention to our company and our products. Being nominated for Tech TV's Best of CES certainly was an early milestone and a barometer for how successful the Virtual keyboard will become in the coming months." Schilling further commented, "Even before CES, we began accumulating a back log of orders for the Virtual Keyboard. Today we have accumulated a substantial backlog from various retailers around the country and as a result of our exposure at CES, that number grows daily. Additionally, the Virtual Keyboard has allowed us to leverage our other products together with a product offering for retailers that is unmatched in our four years of providing PDA accessories. Our own web sales for the Virtual keyboard continue to grow. To that end, we received more pre-orders for the Virtual Keyboard in the first twenty-four hours on our site than any other product we have introduced sold in an entire month. It is truly exciting to watch the enthusiasm surrounding this product. We look forward to the other opportunities this technology will bring as we continue to embrace its dynamics." "I didn't arrive at CES until Saturday morning," commented Mark Perkins, Executive Vice President of iBIZ Technology, "which, historically, is a much slower day than Thursday and Friday, and couldn't believe the traffic in our booth. The response to the Virtual Keyboard, and to the line of iBIZ products as a whole, was absolutely incredible. Even on Sunday, when most vendors were asleep in their booths, we were swamped." Commenting on the incredible increase in investor and customer calls coming into iBIZ headquarters since CES, Perkins noted, "Many of the calls we receive, whether they are for investment reasons or simply a potential customer looking for a retail location to purchase the new Virtual Keyboard, are asking for information regarding retailers. They basically want to know 'Who,' 'When' and 'How Many.' Unfortunately, we cannot release any information until these various retailers have approved the respective press releases through their legal departments. But I would like to assure all those interested, we will release this information as quickly as possible."

Uncle Milty, Purl Gurl, and Diana are three of the best posters this forum has. I love the DD that all of them bring and they have a longer term view that works for me most of the time. Even when I have disagreed with any of their individual points of view, I have had to respect the reasoning that went into it. Also not one of them has pumped or dumped or pushed a stock for their own gain. I have really enjoyed this site because of them and hope they don't leave because new posters are abusing the friendly atmosphere this forum has provided. I have IBZT and hope it turns out well, I am thankful for Uncle Milty's recent post's on this because I hadn't kept up on my research and was unaware of new developments. Best to you Uncle, PG, Diana and everyone else who makes positive contributions. I hope you stick around Uncle and if not hope to see you on the DanceswithBulls site.

I'm a novice and would appreciate if anyone could tell me what the acronyms DD and O/S stand for. I know DD generally refers to research on the fundamentals of a corporation but haven't a clue as to what precisely the initials stand for. Same general thing for O/S.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could clarify these acronyms.

Many thanks,

Shushan

DD=Due or Do Diligence-if you don't do it you will find that it was due.
O/S=Outstanding Shares
A/S=Authorized Shares
R/S=reverse split
F/S=forward split
EPS=earnings per share
P/E=Price to earnings ratio
These are a few you should be familiar with, someone with more knowledge may be able to give better definitions.-Debi

Thanks for the info Debi. It helps newbies like me. I looked at your info page. Would you be surprised that we are both from Clinton? It's just that mine is in Arkansas.
