How many threads about INOV are you going to start? Most of us cannot trade INOV because our online brokerages won't buy their shares to sell to us. Why you ask? Possibly they know it is a sham company, possibly other reasons, who knows.
P.S. You and Moe need to start a support group for abused pumpers chalk full of group hugs and imaginary happy places. Now run along

Where are the links to news articles? Where is the DD?? You can BS all you want but no one here will beleive it. In every thread you start someome will post that you are a pumper as not to let the new investors, like me, fall into your pump and dump scheme. If you spend HALF the time you do pumping INOV researching and doing DD you could find decent picks and make a nice profit...

I think that's a good analysis---when things go wrong--- take your lumps--lick your wounds--and go find a WINNER to get it back--- dog and PG---among others can help you get back on your feet again---dead stocks are like the flu--they need to be quarantined --not shared-----

you can buy INOV through E trade, fidelity, lehman bros, and yes even schwab but not with ameritrade or scottrade because the only way you can buy INOV is through physical certs and they won't trade this way because of the extra expense involved. SO switch to E trade. Don't be dumb get yourself some shares all recent activity indicates major rally ....technical analysis indicates bullish I am not a pumper just a Prophet A.K.A StockLord Posts: 182 | From: phoenix,AZ ,USA | Registered: Jan 2004

I grant EVERYBODY a full measure of credibility---what you do with it is up to you---I was not implying that INOV was or is a dead stock---build a trak record here--remind us politely when you have been right-take responsibility for your errors---don't try to tell us you see the future CLEARLY--it's out there, and we are watching and taking note--OK?

I've looked everywher, the only broker I found was "Billy-Joe's Brokerage and Bait Shop He Done Built". The only other way was via highly trained carrier pigeon.(still a little skeptical of the pigeon) Why would I wish to invest in a company that hasn't seen the wisdom in offering an electronic certificate transfer in the year 2004?...Sounds real innovative to me Posts: 1019 | From: Are You With The CIA? | Registered: Dec 2003

Oh come on even my dog can predict that one out of five will go up in a four day week.....ok well not all the time but sometimes. CTKH will go when it gets around .004- .0038, which should be this week, IBZT.... Kinda doubt it without a big PR. The others I don't follow.

Innovation Holdings Announces Stock Buy-Back Program
12:28 EST Wednesday, March 19, 2003
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA--Innovation Holdings (OTC BB: INOV) announced an immediate stock repurchase program initiative. The buy-back plan calls for a repurchase of a majority of INOV common stock, specific percentages to be determined. The stock repurchases, may at the discretion of the company's management, be made from time to time at prevailing prices in the open market or through private transactions. The company's management will base its decisions on market conditions, the price of the company's common stock and other factors. The company currently intends to make stock repurchases using available cash flow from operations and is also working on a financing to enhance this activity. The program reflects the company's confidence in its long-term prospects and belief that Innovation Holdings stock is currently undervalued.
Commenting on the announcement, Robert Blagman, CEO of Innovation Holdings said, "This stock buy-back initiative demonstrates the confidence we have in Innovation's future and our commitment to maximize shareholder value. The buy-back is an integral part of our strategy to reposition the firm, eliminate the overhang of market shares and regain control of a market that responds more to the actions of security firms then real company potential."
The shares acquired will become treasury shares and would be available for various corporate purposes. The current price of INOV's stock does not reflect the level of confidence that management and the Board of Directors has in INOV's ability to implement its strategy of shifting its core business focus from media and pure advertising to convergent marketing in association with it's pending acquisition of Bikini Vending (www.bikinivending.com).

Hey All!!, let's not start a new style on Allstocks. If you don't like profits posts, just ignore. I have been seeing posts from profit, and believe it or not, he has had most go up in value shortly after his original post. Yes, it is true that he does not provide the DD that he has worked hard to get, but he is more often right.
And when he first started the inov postings, you could have got in at .0001 and sold for 400%. If that is not a signal to do your own DD when profit provides an opinion, well....
In the mean time, lets not attack individuals and their picks. If you have DD to warn us that a pick is bad, then by all means please share.
Profit, keep posting, we should all do DD or deserve anything we get. JMOI

Real, you will learn quickly that micros do not always follow logic and perform the way charting would suggest. Emotion of the investors and momentum play as big a role as solid TA(technical analysis). Our jobs as penny players is to learn to identify momentum and earn from that. As I stated before, two weeks ago you could have bought at .0001 and sold for .0004 for a tidy profit. Your question suggests holding this stock for a long position. I would only do this with free shares for any micro. Good Luck!
