I think you should really do some DD and read their PR's from a couple years ago. Be careful with this company. They have nothing to show for themselves after 7 years of being a public co.
It looks like now they are ignoring the fact that they have no products after years of lieing to their investors about contracts that were soon to be signed. Now all the focus is on Biomoda going public.
Then what?? More PR's that never amount to anything?
The 6mil $'s worth of stock that they will recieve will not move this stock! I think that they will have close to 3Bil O/S when they release their next 10q. You would be foolish tho think that they didn't issue more shares when the stock ran to .05
And the buyback? What happened? The news becomes so old that people forget about it. How are they going to buyback shares when they issue 200mil more shares each quarterto survive. And I know ADOT investors refuse to believe it but their has to be a R/S if they ever want this stock to move.
They are reducing their debt at the shareholders expense by dilluting the shares.
And remember that Biomoda was supposed to be trading before 2004.

So..I'm sorry but I really think people have to know what they are getting into.
This will never break .05 with the current O/S, so be careful, and please read all their old PR's!

I know I will be called a basher but this company has accomplished nothing so please do some DD and if you find out something differen please let me know

Thanks for your post. I wouldn't take it as bashing.

I think most of us realize that most of these companies aren't listed on the big exchanges for a reason. They either have a past history, countless other major issues, or are just starting out.

With ADOT, I see a short term play. You will hear those who see $0.40 to $2 in ADOT's future. That is not realistic in my view. I'd be happy with the $0.05 price you mentioned.
