Hi Folks,

We are trying to set up a deal with a broker so that they can offer the best deal for trading micro-penny stocks.

What do you folks think of:

$12.00 per trade
Any Stock
Any Quantity
All markets: Pink, OTCBB, AMEX, NASDAQ and NYSE

No hiden fees!

Sounds good! Things like, how long before your money is avaliable after a trade, how fast is the service, option trading, margin accounts? Those would be some questions to have answered before I would want to open an account.

12 sounds a bit high...
is there a minimum balance that must be maintained?

$12.00 per trade? I have $10.99 per trade now with ameritrade with loads of features. Cut the $12.99 to $6.00 and I will be there with bells on....ok I won't be wearing bells but you get the idea

$12 is a bit high. www.tradingdirect.com offers everything you listed for $9.95 per trade, except pennies are limited to 500k shares / trade.

LOL... I trade for FREE!

Freetrade all the way baby ... I'm an Ameritrade convert and it's the EXACT same interface. E-mail response is great, you just don't have phone access to the broker, but I've never needed it.
www.freetrade.com - the future of brokers!

Several questions above need to be answered. Like the idea, but even Etrade only charges 9.99/ trade.

Sounds pretty good, but &8,00-$10.00 would be a better number; thing is, $12.00 might be worth it IF the broker you're dealing with can get good and fast trade executions (no, all brokerages are not the same; I know it depends on the stock and exchange too, but I think you get the point; I can place an order now at times and it just sits there while lower orders fly through....). Also, the questions about availability of funds, margin, minimum balance, etc need to be considered.
Let us know something. I would be interested.

Things we need! L2 for pinks, no limit on purchases, and a lower price. Ameritrade has been good and quick for all my trades and only cost 10.99 per trade.

ALL BROKERS SHOULD BE "FREETRADE".....I DON'T BUY THE SHARES YOU ARE SELLING AND YOU DON'T BUY THE SHARES I'M SELLIN'. WE ARE ALL BUYING OUR SHARES FROM OUR BROKERAGE HOUSES, WHO IN TURN, PICKED THEM UP DIRT CHEAP THE LAST TIME IT WAS PUSHED DOWN. TREMENDOUS PROFIT FOR THEM ON THE SHARES, AND THEN WE PAY THEM FOR THE COURTESY. EVER HAD A GREAT DATE WHERE YOU HIT A HOME RUN..........BUT THEN DIDN'T GET A KISS??????????? THAT AIN'T DATIN', THAT'S GETTIN' A HOOKER!!!!!!!!!

Ya, either free or like $1 with no other fees unless your using margin. Free L2 OTCBB and Pink should always be included. ;/

12 seems steep. Lvl 2 for both OTCBB and Pinks are definitely needed. Are they planning on offering any tools as far as streamers and such?

This is a great idea though!

I think $12 is a bit high but if you threw in free L2 on markets including pinks and would not freeze funds for 5 days on new funding and trades of OTCs, that would be a good selling point for me.

I think the best way is to have a base comm. + cumulative comm. calculated on the gross amount of the trade

base $ 5.--
$ 2.-- every $5000.- (or partial)

This system will charge only
$ 7 up to 5000$
$ 9 up to 10000$
$11 up to 15000$
....
it's more correct and will not disturb too much the big traders

Freetrade.com, still a better deal.
Of course, you need $5,000.00 to start.
But hey...NO commition! caint beat that.

Now, If this whatever broker, can offer FREE Trades and a free full real time level 2 service.
Hey, now we are talking business.

For sure I'll jump in.

I'm with ameritrade now and just moved to freetrade...effective tuesday...i mean wednesday now that i picked up more gzfx. I would consider moving if they offered 4.99 for L2 on otcbb and pinks. there definately needs to be fast trade executions. the price would have to be more around 7 for me to consider and with available phone support. if no support then i will stick with freetrade.

I am curious about how this brokerage would be structured. I use scottrade because they have a reputation that i can take take to the bank. I may not be seeing the truth of their operation, but at least what i see is good. I don't bank at banks anymore i have seen tooooo much monkey business.---i use credit unions because they are part of my community. I don't even use a credit card. I don't want to. I don't want margin for the same reason. If am going to deposit my RISK capital in an account, i would like to know who i am doing business with.
