I haven't heard anything about it but noticed it today and came close to buying in. The charts show that it has had good volume recently.

HERS looks to be best for some swing trades, even intraday swing trades. Just try to catch it at another low, it dips down and then rebounds fairly regularly, so just watch the charts. If my funds weren't tied up with USCI, I'd be in this one for sure.
