THE UNITY AND WORK ETHIC HERE ON THE ALLSTOCKS BOARD IS MATCHED BY NO OTHER IN MY OPINION. THE ONLY REAL CONTROVERSY THAT I CAN SEE IS GENERALLY CENTERED AROUND MY STYLE OF TRADING. I HAVE BEEN GIVING CAREFUL CONSIDERATION TO A COUPLE OF OFFERS I HAVE HAD THROWN AT ME THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND AFTER GIVING IT TREMENDOUS THOUGHT, I MAY BE MOVING ON. I HAVE BEEN OFFERED A SITE OF MY OWN (MULTI THREAD SITE) THAT WILL CATER TO FAST PLAYERS (TRADERS) LIKE MYSELF, THAT WILL DEAL PRIMARILY WITH UNDER $5 STOCKS. "DA DOGPOUND" WILL BE A FAST PACED PLAY WITH MANY UNIQUE ANGLES WITH WHICH A PLAYER (TRADER) CAN MAKE USE OF. I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON AN EXCEL PACKAGE THAT REFERS TO "TRENDING AND PATTERN" GRAPHS. "NOT CHARTS". INSTANT "NEWS" WILL CONSTANTLY BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION. SINCE I AM BASICALLY A "ROOKIE" AT TRADING, I FEEL I HAVE GROWN UP ON THIS BOARD AND HAVE LEARNED A GREAT DEAL. I HOPE THAT A FEW HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GAIN SOME INSIGHT TO TRADING FROM ME THE PAST FEW MONTHS AS IT SHOULD BE A GIVE AND TAKE. IT WILL BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS YET BEFORE I TAKE ON THIS NEW TASK AND LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH EVERYONE UNTIL THEN. I WILL STILL LOOK IN FROM TIME TO TIME TO SEE HOW EVERYONE IS DOING. That means I'll have to check more then one board each morning, and that will certainly slow me down!
I sure hope you dont leave Dog, you post so many good picks and great DD. Even if you post some picks above .10 cents on this board, I dont think anyone wants to see you leave. You're one of the most active posters and have always had an incredible success rate for your picks.
I sure hope you decide to stick around, but if you do move on, make sure you let us all know where you go!

Me, coasting? Nope!
Ask Marcidius. He'll tell you how I've been recommending PCBM, HERS, and a few others as being great stocks for a few weeks before they shot up. But being a month into trading and extra cautious, I dont post my recommendations on the board. I don't want to screw up and lose money for somebody else. Its too bad I didn't though, because both of them did really well!
Oh well, lost out on a bit of money, but thats life when it comes to trading. Just have to wait for a good low or find the next one thats gonna run
---- Oh, and for a quick edit...I hope this didn't come off sorta rude. Just wanted to say that I have been doing my own stuff to. I just love Dog and everyone else around here, because they post companies that I haven't necessarily seen or looked at yet. Thats why I hate for anyone to leave, especially when they've got a great reputation of picking stocks.

Dog, I've only been on this board a couple of weeks but I can tell you are loved and respected by a lot of people here. I only wish you could stick around so I could get to know you better. Since I have a full time job (probably like a lot of people here) I don't have time to do a lot of the research that folks like you do, but I really appreciate those like you that do and are willing to share.

Dar, I think we came up with a solution to the conflict the other day.
Did you read the solutions we were discussing?
What were you thoughts?
If not I will go over it with you. If you have two weeks prior to your other commitment. It might be a time to try to implement them to see if they can work here.

I think I have a solution to the problem.
The problem. The board is for under .10 stocks Others want to use it for other purposes.
This causes a bit more effort on the part of those trolling for under .10 stocks.
Solution Pick one of the icons like the ORANGE ARROW to use as the icon when you are posting about a stock that is out of the scope of th board.
This would allow everyone to use the same space and allow those of us bottom fishers to pre-screen rather easily. -----
Thats actually a very clever and smart idea. Taking it a step further, the message icons themselves could be changed on the Webmaster side. Take the Orange Arrow for example, just switch the image with one that says ".10" to indicate its .10 cents or higher. This would allow for rapid sorting if a .10+ pick is placed on this board.

I think Dar is aware of my feelings on this already. I expressed them to him a week or so ago. I will go along with what ever happens. Honestly my thoughts are trying to keep everyone together. Find a solution that works for everyone.
I have gained so much from the interaction with everyone here. This group does not need to be divided if there is a solution.
Change the name of the group if necessary. Change the method of posting if necessary. Change our attitudes if necessary.
ANYTHING but splitting the group.
