Guys lets keep this forum for the under .10 stocks. Its hard enough finding good buys without having to sort through all the pricey stocks? Thanks!

Where have you been? It has been like this for awhile. Though I agree with you somewhat at the same time some good picks over .10 have been posted here that have made us a lot of money. Dog's pick especially. Sometimes it is just easier to do your one stop shopping here. Mac

Your not alone. It bothers me also but, I know from previous threads that ther are more that prefer it the way it is now.
There have been other threads discussing this with people expressing there thoughts about this topic. One started by me.
After a while you can learn to weed the above .10 out pretty quick.
For a while I was in a habbit of pulling a chart before anything else just to see if it was an under .1 stock.
Now I don't even bother. I started finding stocks I am interested in from other sources. Then I just look through this board to see if there are any post regarding it. If not I will post something.
SmalCapCenter.COM is a place where I started getting a list of stocks to look at. If you find any other good sources to find under .10 stocks let me know.

Well I would just love it if everyone posts the current price of a stock once they hear of news or whatever.
In the very first line of the message, I could decide if I want to bother reading or looking up the stock. There are some great picks posted by many members of the board that are over .10 cents, and I do value those posts...but when I'm in a rush it would be nice to know the price so I can just skim through things.

Sorry Dkat. It's me. Knew I posted a lot of threads, but checking the posts back the last 27 hours I see I have started 62 "new" threads. I've brought it up before as I felt it may be hard for others to deal with regularly. I post a tremendous amount of news, and this is just my opinion, but I feel the fastest way to gain in the penny stock area is with "information". I am rather new at trading, about nine months now, but I tend to believe that while charting is a very valuable tool, it seems to rarely apply in microcaps. I have seen countless stocks like ADVC have "terrific charts", do 50 million shares in a trading day, and experience a price drop. Manipulation is tough to beat. The world and all of its news comes to us immediately now thru monitors we stare at 12-16 hours a day. Receiving and acting on this information has seemed to provide a much larger portfolio for me in the past few months and my only intent is to help others. I feel that with all of the information provided at the tip of our fingertips, to trade the way I do, down stock years should never be a problem as something will always be moving. Also, this is not investing for me, it's how I've chosen to support my family (and my love for nice toys). Many of the above 0.10 stocks that I post have gains of 20%, 30%, and more in a single day. This post is not meant to defend but to explain my actions. I have always felt that I was coloring outside the lines here at allstocks, but has never been done with intention of making it harder for folks to use this great site. I do occasionally run an msn chat that many here have sat in on during the trading day, and have been approached by a couple of other websites to move to my own link. I will be making decision very soon, but until then I will abide and put my bones in the right backyard. Good Luck Stockin'.
I have been on Allstocks for a while and would like to be in on your msn chat or what ever else some of you guys do to increase your good stockin". I work 3rd shift but with good picks you have given me over the last week or so i am going to start staying awake during the day and hanging out with you guys. I appreciate the picks anyway with the profits on QBID i can pay someone to sleep for me.

Dog, Keep posting!!!! It is much easier to filter out the stocks not in someones price range than it is to look at all ten forums and find your price range. Also, if a stock under .10 suddenly goes above, should we abandon it or send it to a new forum?? I think not!!

Since you are asking for thoughts, how about letting DARDADOG know that it is okay for him to post here what ever he wants. We were all making lots of money with him but......poof. Thanks, now we are very organized...but poor. I would rather be wallowing in piles of messy, dirty, cash. Ya know what I mean. Mac

Thats actually a very clever and smart idea. Taking it a step further, the message icons themselves could be changed on the Webmaster side. Take the Orange Arrow for example, just switch the image with one that says ".10" to indicate its .10 cents or higher. This would allow for rapid sorting if a .10+ pick is placed on this board.

some of these stocks started below a dime and have gone past and backdown a few times. i like seeing the history until sustained levels well above a dime are attained. good for the newcomers to see how this works.
i wish there were less threads on the same topic. it gets hard finding the dd on something when there are a dozen threads in a couple of weeks.
i don't post in the above 10 topic. kinda like being red neck micro penny trash. do you have to wear a shirt with buttons on the rico threads?

the dog has made the point before that even if a stock is a dollar and it jumps 100%, you still make 100%! i'm totally cool with everyone posting any stock that is moving. i'm here to learn and make money. i've already learned not to ignore the higher priced stocks.
on another note, if any one knows where you can get a stock feed, ie the raw data, let me know. i'm a web programmer, and i could make that stock price thing in the subject line happen.

I think Dar is aware of my feelings on this already. I expressed them to him a week or so ago. I will go along with what ever happens.
Honestly my thoughts are trying to keep everyone together. Find a solution that works for everyone.
I have gained so much from the interaction with everyone here. This group does not need to be divided if there is a solution.
Change the name of the group if necessary. Change the method of posting if necessary. Change our attitudes if necessary.
ANYTHING but splitting the group.
