Any one know why AFRR volume is so high?

Everyone's buying low in hopes of a price jump on Febuary 17 when they do a public demonstration.

i have been watchind time and sales on this for awhile. anyone in this stock might be interested in looking at this link

pay attention in particular the 5000 share ask signals and what follows. around 12:48 around 1/2 of the days vol at that time traded in that minute, preceeded by a 5000 ask signal at .0014. at the end a 5000 ask at .0015 signaled the end and .0015 trades began.
