Merchant Banker Armada Group USA, Inc. Envisions More Transactions Shortly
CareDecision Corp. (OTCBB:CDED), a leading Wi-Fi PDA technology provider to the lodging and satellite media industries and the developer of patent-pending technologies for e-health and EMR applications, reported today that it has entered into a Strategic Partnership with DataFuzion Inc. ("Fuzion"). Fuzion is a Denver, CO-based medical data warehouse and data mining software application and services provider, and is also a leader in the fast-growing field of medical business intelligence and decision-making tools. This agreement will provide Fuzion access to the CareDecision's PDA based and Wi-Fi medical technologies in return for receipt of a significant equity stake in Fuzion. Robert Cox, Chairman of CareDecision Corp., commented, "DataFuzion was one of the companies that recently bid to acquire a portion of CareDecision's e-health technologies. When other bidders emerged, our merchant banker adroitly steered discussions toward an equity partnership. This agreement marks the first of several expected near-term transactions involving our medical software technologies. In addition to closing this partnership with us, DataFuzion has decided to file to become a fully-reporting public company, which in the rapidly improving medical information technology markets could greatly enhance the value of our equity stake. For example, a publicly-traded peer company has a market capitalization of approximately $75 million." Douglas Davis, President and CEO of DataFuzion, Inc., stated, "This agreement is a combination of timing, opportunity and potential -- the necessary ingredients to a successful transaction. Our discussions with CareDecision originated with our examination of their e-health systems, followed by our bid to acquire their technologies. Subsequent conversations facilitated by the Armada Group USA, Inc. persuaded us on the strategic value of a partnership whereby both companies could build shareholder value. CareDecision has realized the value of our enterprise and upon the effective date of our public registration, CareDecision has agreed to distribute to their shareholders most of the equity we are providing as a dividend, with CareDecision shareholders perhaps reaping additional financial benefit under the new tax laws." Patrick Cole, President of Armada Group USA, Inc., concluded, "We first approached CareDecision with the prospect of the sale of their medical technologies to DataFuzion. During the course of the discussions it became clear that another type of transaction was preferable, one that would allow DataFuzion to accomplish its primary goal of becoming a reporting public company, while at the same time allowing CareDecision to review other offers for its valuable medical technologies. We have taken a big first step with the closing of this transaction and envision additional transactions of this type in the near future."

Great post!! From R.B. hope I'm not bracking any rules/laws by coping it and posting it here! I agree EZ. That was awesome. What more could you ask for? Dividends? Wow, even if it were one penny we'd make a bundle.
I tried like a bandit today to sell some of this other company, that I think I great for the long haul, but stagnate now, and get as much as I could here. I think when the investment community hears what is going on here, we fly in a hurry. Dividends on penny stocks? Buying into a private company that is considering launching a IPO? More acquisitions to come in the "near term"? Hiring a financial merger company to solidify the process.
There was a great post on another board about a CNN interview today with a CEO in the medical business. He was asked "aren't medical records already online/cmptr/electronic" apparently he answered, "No" which if you think about it, makes sense since the last doctor I saw wrote things on charts and kept paper files. The CEO said a lot of money is being poured into this field. If you want to read it, it is message 1419 on the FLCR board.

Chris .... take a very good look at TRBD!!! It's been slammed by MM's and is due for a very great run. Take a look at the charts and notice the reaction to the great news earlier this week. It was up to about .28 until MM's started toying with it and now it's down to .147 -- It's a great buy and you wouldn't be disappointed IMO.
The other good recommendation I've got for you is CDED which has apparently also been tainted with MM's and has very good upside potential. Stockprowler has a great track record, and this company is poised for god things this month IMO.

Anyone else own CDED? Serious rumors on other boards about a 'huge' deal with RCO(AMEX)going down this week! Looks like the Stockprowler predictions may have been correct for CDED! Hope so anyways. Also any opinions on the news out Friday after the close. Not sure what to make of it? Thanks **Marissa**

Glad there are some more cded longs out there. I to am excited to be long on this stock.
First, for me I like the small float. If,in fact, there are only 30 million public shares than once this fires up should move at more that .004 spreads. Going along with that thought, if insiders own the other 130 million shares, it tells me they think that it is very under valued stock. A lot of micro plays flood the market with shares ,for cash,to stay afloat.
Second, If you look at Fridays announcement two things I noticed. One that they said that more moves would be happening soon=positive. But also what I really liked that with there agreement with Fuzion, That stockholders would get the majority of the equity as a dividend. This company loos like they really want to build shareholder value.
Any comments on exactly how the dividend will be executed? If fuzion is going public are they going to offer shares in it to existing shareholders or give us a percentage according to number of shares, in cash equity in the company.
Glad I found you guys. This could rock. Also, have to love the fact that they have several product offerings as well. Good luck guys, I am excited.
T/a wise nice bullish wedge on daily. should initially see some gains in the first hour. Keep up the good posts!!!!!!!!!!

Once again I must say that the DD is done to perfection on this one guys. We've got our selves a winner ... let's just cross our fingers and hope for gold. Looks to me as though MM's are toying a little bit but IMO, they can't hold this one back.

Keep up the good work. Also, what is behind the rco rumors. I am not familiar with them but their balance sheet is a mess.
What is the possible reason behind an agreement. Unless the two products together would really enhance the product. Again thanks for being here and posting!!!!!!!!

Glad to see someone else does nothing but watch stocks at work Anyway I think the major boost came from the pick of the month, but saying that it is the pick of the month for a reason.
The dividend Is worth sticking around for and more people are trading it, also seems to be worth while 2-5 years out.
I wouldn;t be surprised to see it hit .20 in a month from there it'll need profits
