Down 11.7% overall, I want to pick up in the threes but the noon news boosted it. I hope to see it drop into the threes tomorrow before it takes off again.

This info I got directly from the Transfer Agent at 1:45 pm Pacific time 2/02/04
First the O/S today was 2,296,622,909 and the Float was 1,512,118,958
Now... I am going to try to summarize some of the info that dbleagl gave me in a phone call on Monday afternoon.
The Virtual Keyboard will be shipped to the retail customers first by the 15th of Feb. (I think).
There was a minimal hold up in production as the lens in the unit is proving harder to mass produce than expected.
We have been receiving so many orders for the Virtual Keyboard that IBIZ is already making plans for production in Asia.
Ibiz expects most all major electronic retail outlets to be selling our product.....except Best Buy.
HSN and QVC are both interested in selling the virtual keyboard. Since you can't do business with both he is deciding which one. Leaning towards QVC.
There was a mention that Panasonic was dropping out of this arena. The spin off date is confirmed as 9/25/03
Production costs of the Virtual Keyboard is about $40.00 per unit for first batch..... and $20.00 dollars after that. Ibiz will be selling the Virtual Keyboard GLOBALLY!
Ibiz will be attending the largest electronics show in the world CBIT next month in Germany.
It was mentioned that Synosphere was recently for sale and the number $250,000,000 was mentioned as a sales price before Ibiz bought the company. I had been told last week by the IR people at Ceocast that Ibiz paid 30,000,000 shares of restricted stock for the purchase of Synosphere.

Well, I do not know about the reverse split...It should not come soon though..if it comes....However, if there is no R/S there has to be a buyback plan & that should be happening pretty quick if thats whats their intention is....

What about the news that PDA sales are beginning to fall? That might hurt the sales of the virtual keyboard. then again, just because PDA's arent selling doesnt mean people dont already own them! However, seeing that the virtual keyboard can connect through a USB port means it can be used for regular computers. ITs battery only lasts for 3-4 hours though, so this could be a problem, but the battery is rechargeable and who types on a PDA for 3-4 hours a day anyway? Man, im really confusing myself here. I dont currently own IBZT, but maybe i should change that soon, based on the promising news.

Some have said that we have to many IBZT threats (not my idea). So, I say lets put it all under one threat and keep all the info in one central place! So, I think putting it under a threat that is already part of all these threats. It is already the biggest! "IBZT This week sales begin on lazer keyboard" Topic starter NEO! Me and the MONSTER are going now! Eat MONSTER Eat! Hope this does not upset anyone! It seems like a good idea, to keep all the good info in one central location! Just one opinion!

IBZT looks like a great company with some great products, but I can't make myself "pull the trigger" and buy without a significant pull-back in share price.
My major concerns:
With over 2 billion shares outstanding the market cap is stretched to an extreme. The price might be justified if their key-board is a stunning success, but then I have to ask...
How quickly (and successfully) will competition be inplace to cut into their share of market? How well do their patents protect them from competition?
Hope I'm wrong for you longs (but if the price does pull-back more, I'll be looking to get long with you...)
