Geesh!

Talk about impatience! A stock doesn't move to the level you expect within a week or two and you think it's "over." Spend a little time reading a few more charts--look at the time-frame of the big moves with other stocks.

Learn a little patience...

Legolas,

One to two cents is not unreasonable--short term--and depending on how the shell is used (assuming it is to be used with legitimate business growth in mind--and that is what I see is taking place) 5-6 cents is on the radar screen.

As is always the case with the pinks though, "foward vision" is restricted--that's where the risk comes in. SFII is only a place for "high risk" capital; but the risk/reward ratio looks very good IMO.

So compete, what would be your recommendation.

I definately am patience with this except it did not have any support at 0.0025, where we thought it would stay after the high of 0.0035. If no news or "rumors" comes outs this could dive back to 0.0010 or lower...

Why do you think this is a shell company. I read somewhere this was shell 2 years ago ? Do you know anything about that....

Sully probably sold & is long gone. I have not seen him here nor RB.

Actually SFII was a shell in 2000 – May 3, 2000 an 8-K iterates the sale from one to another – and resignations of principles.

On May 22, 2001 SFII again changed hands 8-K filed iterates the sale from one to another – and resignations of principles.
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename%3D0000910680%252D01%252D500129%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2001%255C05%255C22%255C&symbol=SFII

On November 4, 2003 the last 10QSB was filed – since, no SEC reports have been filed.

SFII is not a shell – for all practical purposes it is still an active company so far as SEC rules go, but is in all likelihood simply inactive.

I don't know what the stall was about, but unfortunately (unless you're looking for a place to buy-in) it's given up its early good gains...

...at least for the moment...

I believe you're reading things I didn't say. I would NOT say that I am "so sure" SFII will merge. I see activity which is consistent with certain potentials...

There are risks; please note my earlier comment: "As is always the case with the pinks though, "foward vision" is restricted--that's where the risk comes in. SFII is only a place for "high risk" capital; but the risk/reward ratio looks very good IMO."

Give this a chance. What ever you do, don't sell for a loss. If you have to, just tuck this away and forget about it for a while. When you return you will be happy you didn't sell. I have been around long enough to get burned one too many times. Don't be the one to say "I wish I would have held just a while longer". Patients will pay you huge yeilds in the long run. I'm right here with you. Give this a chance. Again JMO. GLA.
