i'll take a look, but i'm running on autopilot today. very late night, playing to a packed house that insisted we not be any soberer than they were. it seemed like a good idea at the time to cooperate with them. the customer is always right, especially when they are buying. this morning i saw the error in that logic when i got up in time for the opening bell.

that's easy to answer. i collect ovations. i have about 50. the number constantly changes as i try to connect good new musicians with good guitars and get stubborn traditionalists to believe that technology can improve sound.

i have a number of ovation solid bodies from the 70's ans very early 80's. my favorite gig guitar is the ovation ukII. i also use an ovation viper (the old viper) for rockabilly sound because it has 2 single coil pickups. the ukII is worth researching if you don't know about it, as it is really unique and amazing, especially for it's time.

for acoustic electric i use an ovation elite standard, a 1983 collectors edition and a 1974 balladeer 12 string for gigs and for recording i use a mint ukII, a fender strat, an adamas 12 string and an adamas 6 string. i also use a breadwinner and an eclipse for special sounds.

i have several guitars that came from the owners collection. a couple are the only one ever made. i also own 3 never played ukIIs from 1980. still have the original strings on them. i also have classical, flamenco and traditional 12 string guitars, a mandolin, and several experimental hybrid mandolin bodied 12 string guitars i had built 20 years ago. a also own a couple of hohner accordians. i am only starting to learn, so i can add a tex mex flavor to some of the stuff we will be recording.

in my office i have my "command center" for my business ventures surrounded by recording gear, amps and guitars to remind me of one of the reasons why i invest. cool toys.

i don't see anything that attracts me to ththf except the volume.

for pcrc, i very rarely trade pinks and this one after a thumbnail review has even less that interests me than ththf. are you in these stocks? what did you find in the dd that made you consider them?

Yes I am in them but not heavy. Yhey were some of my first buys before I knew anything (not that I am much better now) and I picked them up based on what I saw some people post. Always a bad idea I know, I know. If I sell them both I am goint to take about a $200.00 loss. Think I should dump them?

Hey Uncle...

You think the board could work up a set to play at the IBZT shareholder's meeting?

Equipment list:

Kurzeil K2500
Yamaha Motif 6
Soundcraft 32 ch. board
Tri powered mackie's w/ a sub
Audio technic Behringer and Shure mikes..

There.. Ive thrown down the gauntlet!!

I've got DI for you OV's also!

Maybe a song picks thread...
If you get Sound Forge on your computer, I'll sent you batch files of music minus whatever instrument!

An investment nightclub...give LSTA a run for their uh uh ...money!

Sorry for being Off Topic

i'm not sure how to take this. sugar daddy? this is the first time i have responded directly to randy. please add if you would like to contribute van. the more the merrier.

ballroom dancing isn't my thing. i could probably play the music, but lawrence welk really isn't my style. in fact i'm ready to hit the shower to play for a benefit dinner tonight. just plain old r&r. all the proceeds go to the annual operating budget for the "centro de tercer edad" aka a senior center for the locals.

randy, i really don't know enough about these stocks to tell you how to play them. it sounds like you learned not to buy just because of someones post.

that would be fun. i have this thing called guitar port that might be something like sound forge for jamming. i'm just beginning with the recording and computer end of music. really allot to learn.

sounds like you have some great gear. berhinger really has come out with some good kit for the money. haven't used their mics. i have pretty simple stuff. mackie dfx12, roland hd recorder, and a bunch of live performance gear for our gigs. the benefit tonight is at philo's music studio. (look it up on google. look for ovation guitars in the photos and that's me.) it's a club/studio where we play and record. holds about 130 people and is usually packed on music nights. (tu th fri and sat) i also have a sat afternoon and sun gig whigh gives me a double on sat. i only sit in on friday when needed as it is another band. i sit in on all open mic stuff. keeps me sharp.

tell me how this sound forge thing works. that could really be fun during low season here. i am down to 3 gigs a week then.

uncle milty, that's a sweet list of guitars! a true collector. I have a yamaha nylon and run an ibanez elec. through a digitech rp7 but I'm really just a hack. Drums are my thing. Pearl. Also have the recording setup, too. video and audio work when not trying to learn something in trading land.

Studiophobia - I picked up a pair of the HR824 mackies a few years ago. Love 'em! I looked at that K2500 (very cool) but went with the Trinity (rack). Too bad I don't have some v-drums so we could jam over the internet. i do have a roland drum pad, now that I think of it. hmmm.

have a great weekend!

Wanted to add to the guitar and instrument talk. My favorite guitars for playing out are Washburns-I have 2 they aren't exceptional for Washburns but have a great tone and keep in tune better than anything else. I also have a Classical Yamaha which I love, 12 string by Guild/forgot name of company on label. Gibson Custom electric EQ-200 from the 80's with all kinds of F/X I don't know how to use, A mandolin, Celtic Harp, flute, small steel drum, violin, and a midi keyboard by ensoniq. I play the guitar passably-I am more of a singer/songwriter and use the guitar to help in writing. I can play the rest for a few songs except the violin and the keyboard. The violin is really difficult, I bought it last year and was trying to teach myself. It ain't pretty and the keyboard-well I wish my Mom glued my fanny to the piano seat. Trading stocks seems to go well with being a musician. I finished one CD about 5 years ago and started another last April. I hope to finish it this year. -Debi

debi,

sorry i haven't gotten to your e mail yet. i'm a little paranoid with the viruses and worms out there recently. i wish i knew more about computers so i could set these things up better. every time i try i find out i have another piece of hardware to buy.

sounds like you are a multi talented person. i write songs too. we have two songwriters venues here each week where we take turns trying our stuff out live. today before our gig, we have an hour set of original material. it is almost always the same three of us. so far no one has thrown anything at us. lol.

have you ever played an adamas? i have two. they are by far tha most stable guitars out there. the top is a carbon fiber laminate. super thin and very strong. my 12 string never fails to elicit comments on its incredible tone. when a string goes out of tune, it almost always is ready to break.

if you are ever down this way join the musical fun. during high season something musical happens every day.

best of luck. if all else fails musicians can always play on the street corner with the guitar case open. hitched all over europe doing that in 1967. never got rich but never went hungry. music opens lots of doors.

i have continued to add to my position at thest recent prices. i like the potential this company has. have you researched all of the press releases on tfct? please do your own dd on this and invest based on what you feel comfortable with. tfct popped to .06+ recently. i feel if the homeland security approval goes through, there will be significant upside imho. this might however have more downside as sec reports are filed.

this is the nature of investing, and in particular how i invest. i am a contrarian and buy and sell often against the market sentiment if i think the stock might do well in the future. i have had some strong winners if you have been following the posts here. in jan both ibzt and plkc made up for all of my stocks that had slight downside and gave me some very significant gains that i capitalized on. in the last 6 mos, stocks like neom, afrr, uvcl, cytp, fnix, trph, tgen, bnbn, ivoc, adot, prvh, and pghi etc have given me significant if not astounding gains, often more than once. tfct has already given me multiple profit opportunities. i sold it in early october for .099, and if i recall it went up even more. i think it will reward me again.

use ibzt as an example. i was buying allot in the .0025 range. there was almost no downside with tremendous upside potential. tfct also has tremendous upside potential that imho far outweigh the downside risk. i will continue to buy into the current weakness. the picks that gain for me allow me to do this and it repeatedly win more than they lose.

Uncle Milty, I understand the email paranoia. I just ordered a second computer to run OTCcharts on. My computer doesn't have enough juice. The DELL salesguy asked if I wanted antivirus software. I was going to pass since I would primarily just run streaming quotes on it. He said your computer can get viruses now just visiting infected links and websites. Youch. Cheapskate that I am I got some. I already have Norton on my main computer. As far as trying an Adamas, I haven't but I bet I would love it. I try to stay out of guitar stores. It is the only sure way to avoid guitar lust. I love my guitars until I get around all those amazing guitars in Guitar Center or a similar store. I would love to hear some of your original songs. I forgot what part of the country you are in for your gigs and open mic sessions. I'm in Massachusetts-Home of the Patriots!!! Go team! I used to live in Charlotte and was there last week. Either team wins -I am bragging. But I really want the Pats to win. Sounds like you picked some awesome winners. I had NEOM, PRVH, ADOT under a penny, IBZT under a penny, LBTT @ .0002, BIPH @.20 and USGA @ .48 and .66. But I don't always know when to sell and hung on to ADOT too long-it is ready to go again IMO and I sold all my USGA and 90% of BIPH. I like to hang on to some so I don't rebuy at the high with sellers remorse. I did that with NEOM-my first big win and my first big mistake. Painful but I learned from it. I have a lot of LBTT (for me) and I have watched my profit go down a lot from the high, but think if I sold I may not have been able to buy the same number of shares again and do expect it to be a great long term pick. I also have some TFCT and would add at this price but would prefer a great .0001-.0025 pick. Do you know of any? I have a lot of pink sheet stocks and can understand anyones aversion to them. I don't buy enough of any one of them to hurt me much and I do manage to squeek out some profit. When you get in at a low enough price it is hard to go down from there. Well this post is kind of all over the place but nice to hear from you and hope all your stocks fly and your songs get better and better. -Debi

i'm on my way to this afternoon's gig so quickly, i live in paradise. bay of banderas in mexico. little fishing village near puerto vallarta.

if you have some nerve, and can wait 6 mos, i think afrr at .0015 and below will be the next 10 bagger. i am almost a 30 m shares believer at this point and i'm not done buying yet. if i can still buy at these levels and lower, 50m shares isn't out of the question. that would only be less than the profit already realized on ibzt so far.

hope i'm not too crazy, but it has already had several profir rounds for me. good beta.

lots of luck. long live rock and roll and old hippies,

Tanto Milty, Hola y gracias. Su eres uno hombre suerte. Perdon mi espanol -it needs work. Sounds amazingly wonderful. I have some AFRR. My trades are significantly smaller than yours but 1M is doable. I have made some money on this in the past and it looks like they will be going somewhere eventually. The price is right for sure. Have a great gig. Que la vaya bien. -Debi
