ok..here's another newbie question...If iBiz isn't going to receive any of the proceeds of offering the additional stock for sale, why are they doing it? And...why is it a 'bad' thing that they are late filing?

NOT Bad news - They've gotten rid of the CDs - We already new 10K ext. would be filed. This is the Penny Play of the year - but won't be in pennyland much longer. And this is NOT the time to daytrade this puppy. Last night's AH PR is the best example I can give.

Thanks
Im gonna give this a whirl. "Wont be in pennyland much longer" means that it wont be considered a penny stock (under 0.10) for long. He has hopes of a rise!
Dont daytrade: this stock isnt following normal patterns, ie, with yesterdays PR, it took a dip, then rose a little bit!

allot depends on if the issued shares will be sold by the financial institutions they are going to be issued to. it is not good they had to issue shares, but as opposed to before the run the shares are really worth allot more so ibzt was able to settle with far less shares i suspect. this is all speculation on my part so do some more dd. i will as soon as the coffee gets done. it sure is loud this morning.

i think the performance this morning is a pretty good indicator. opened above yesterdays close and is still above it. i wouldnt be surprised if it remains strong. their debt relative to market cap has improved. debt on one hand vs higher os on the other. i think they are moving to improve the fiscal 04 balance sheet.

I think they have a good business, but their equity is messed up. Like they need to increase the auth and make it further overvalued. RS sounds like a good idea at this point.

iBIZ Technology Corp. Files for an Extension on Form 10-KSB PHOENIX, Jan 30, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, has filed for an extension with the SEC to file their 10K.
Ken Schilling, President and Chief Executive Officer commented, "Due to the enormous work load our auditors have taken on as a result of debt retirement with not only our convertible debenture holders, but also the reduction in accounts payable, the spin off of iBIZ Inc. and the acquisition of Synosphere, it was impossible to complete our 10-KSB on time. Accordingly, we are confident we will complete our 10-KSB in the additional time provided by the extension. We look forward to the improvements on our balance sheet with the retirement of debt and the launch of the Virtual Keyboard and the future launch of the Blue Dock."

GUYS What about this. Lets say you had several dynamite products ready to go and no money to produce ? and lets say you had several people salivating over the production and distribution rights??( don't forget they only have 5 employees) I see several ways to make it happen. Aside from the debenture agreement( which may be from the same place these new shares went) 1-Authorize 450m new shares and give them to a broker so they can earn the new share fees( that is why I think same entity had debentures). 2-offer the production and or distribution entity a bonus for thier work. I think I just bought more VAN
