Yah, me too...it takes a week to get 10% and 3 hours to lose 20%! But the shake out is temporary, MM's messing with us to cover their shorts. I should just shut down the ticker and take a nap =)

Awh! Chin up.
This happened to me last week. I had to go have an early Martini and then all was fine the next day. Try and take a break away from the computer for a while.

Good opportunity to buy more of what you like. They all can't stay down forever or the MM's wouldn't have a job. They can only sell so much to each other.

the options shake can be hard at the end of the month. certainly not my worst day, but it shure messed up a great week.
