Campanelli Takes AFRC to QVC
1/29/2004 9:15:00 AM
SAN DIEGO, Jan 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cleaning expert and television personality, Joe Campanelli, and American Fire Retardant Corp. (AFRR) have reached an agreement with the private labeling of AFRC's 3-in-1 Hero. The product will be joining Campanelli's line of home-care products under the name "Special Treatment." Campanelli met with the buyers at QVC and said they are eager to add "Special Treatment" to his existing lineup of products already airing very successfully on the network. Joe Campanelli's on-air success comes from his 30 years of experience in the home-care business and his ability to convey to TV viewers the value and performance of his products.
Along with the anticipated success of this product on QVC, Joe also plans to start distributing "Special Treatment" to his nation-wide network of Floor Care Centers all over America. He also plans to introduce it to pet store retailers at an upcoming trade show in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Joe feels the product has such huge consumer value (bedding, fabric & carpet spray protection against flame spread, and proliferation of dust mites as well as a soil-releaser, disinfectant and allergen reducer) he has visions of selling to major retailers as well.
With a patent on the formula, a true (5-in-1) product that works, Campanelli feels that this product has huge potential and claims that every family deserves "Special Treatment."

This is great news. I had a buy order in yesterday for some at this great price. I still own a bit at .005. Maybe we can at least double today to .003

this could cause the "pop" i was waiting for when i was recently explaing beta plays. this pr could have some long term effect on affr. i hope this is the precursor to marketing of tree safe next season, and to a long line of new new home and commercial fire products.

I never did see any sales figures on the Tree Safe.

QVC should give it a solid foot and ease some doubts

I can't believe it..AFRR actually did it. It will be interesting to see how much the price goes up on this news. QVC is an excellent forum to generate sales and then launch a product into national distribution.

This is just the type of news we've been waiting for!! Finally a positive and intelligent marketing move has been made. This is a great product, and QVC is a great vehicle to finally move this product.

LOL, I think everyone is in shock. May see some movement once everyone realizes it's for real. I hope anyway!

I bought 200K shares at .0017 this AM to add to my 50K I had left from previous purchases. QVC is the magic word for me. I love them, they have high standards and back up their customers. Difficult to break into. This is very good for this company.

I think this stock has been a GREAT buy since it fell below .002 - Now with this PR...I just put in another 1 MIL totaling to 5mil @ .003 -

People are buying buying buying. Watch LVL II. Hopefully this one explodes soon. Another great PR followup on this one will be the spark we need.

Nothing in the article about it's debut on QVC. More PR to follow I'm sure.

Would have been nice to see Tree Safe on QVC during Christmas, maybe this year.

sorry, i got busy with other business for awhile.

the mms are going to hold this down for awhile longer i think. i expected .0019.

never filled even 1 share on a no restrictions order at .0015 today and filled 2-1m aon orders yesterday at .0015.

this tells me the mms might be trading amongst themselves at the low. no restrictions orders usually are used by them to clean up odd lots and i didn't even get one share. hmmmm.

if this hits i nickle, i make a million. give me more cheap shares please.

i don't know how many of you remember when i talked to the plant manager and the ceo before christmas and posted the synopsis of the conversation, but i felt after speaking with them that this would make it in 2004. i'm looking to the second quarter for news on treesafe orders from major chains. this could be a winner.

Thanks for the info. Uncle Milty, I knew you were in this pretty deep...sounds like your trying to leverage a buy out of the company instead of just a suite on the Queen!

I just couldn't figure out that Ask today after the QVC news.

Hopefully the Mrs. will be packing her steamer chest soon!

LOL, you really crack me up sometimes!

You should be able to hire a couple of dozen guards with super soakers this Christmas if this thing does anything this year.

Have you checked out JRSE? Not a lot of volume, but that thing has been bouncing pretty good the last couple of days.

Anyone care to throw out your thoughts on a time frame for a climb? Looks like it's been flat line for some time not showing any sign of gain or loss in pps, regardless of volume flucuation.

This link should provide some insight on the flatline of the pps:
http://pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp?symbol=AFRR

AFRR is an S-8 machine.

That being said, I have the highest respect for Milty and may tuck a few shares away at this price just to see what happens (but I have to keep looking at that big post-it on my monitor telling me "AFRR - Don't even think about it"! LOL!

I bought AFRR at .005 and am still holding. I knew when I bought it that it was a long term hold. And I mean LONG. Like maybe 2 years. I like the company, I like the product potential. As a side note, I bought GLXS back a few years ago when it was .05 ... today it closed at .85 ... and I truly believe that in a few years AFRR will do the same thing. The one thing I have learned over the past few years since I started trading pennies, is that PATIENCE is the key word. If you really want to make the big money, do your DD and if you believe in the company, its management, its product, then BE PATIENT! Your time will come.

i can never get those pinksheets links to open. i get a forbidden window, which is actually my sentiment about pinks.

thanks for the compliment, but i am really playing the swings on this one and if it has something long in it too so much the better. i have picked up an additional 7.5 m today at .0014 and have in orders for 5m more at .0014 and .0013. it seems like the vol has totally dried up after trading almost 3/4 billion shared by lunch time. bollinger amd macd are straight lines. it has my somewhat fuzzy attention.

Milty...I get that same forbidden message when I click on the link too...strange. Basically if you want to see the link. Go to the pinksheets home page. Type AFRR and search SEC filings.

I was just pointing out all the S8's they have filed in the past few months. I think the seemingly endless supply of shares is why the price hasn't moved. If the supply ever tightens...then there will finally be some movement IMHO.

OK, I'll bite, what the heck is LVQMHH? Leaving Via Queen Mary Half Hour? LOL

Not sure if Blackice is in it or not, I know there are some others in it waiting on an FDA approval, but looking at it's history of press releases, that seems to be a favorite theme. I have a little of it and have been watching the ups and downs, there's a usually a big spread between Bid/Ask.

I am surprised that this didn't move on the news. Maybe this week AFRR will start to move higher. I think that a 100% gain will be the least we see.

hey, there's allot of difference between stale grain (old millet) and a fish that has survived in the face of poor odds (old mullet). LOL

i filled something like 6-7 million at .0014 on friday, but nothing toward the end of the day. the supply dried up. also no more today.

please write me first miltymullet@yahoo.com i'll try to respond asap, but i'm really short on time these days. you can ask me anything you want here too.
